Chapter 2

Shelby's P.O.V

Today I was home alone Max and Ross had to work today so it was just me. I recorded some videos, so that I could edit them the day I need to upload them. I also uploaded a video where I talked about what was going on and why I was in Washington and stuff like that. It was almost lunch when I heard  someone come in. It was Max. "Oh, hi Max, did you come home for lunch?" I ask "yeah, we ran out of corn dogs so I came here to get one." he said " Well just leave one for me." I said." Okay" For some reason I felt safe around Max more than other people.
I ended up just finishing up decorating with the stuff I had.

Max came home first, Ross was still recording videos. " So Max I want to get to know you a little better" I said, " Okay what do you want to know" He asked " Like whats your favorite color, favorite game, favorite food and age." I said ( Don't know most of this so bare with me)" Okay favorite color is red, game is legend of Zelda, food is corn dogs, and age is 21" he said.

We kept asking each other questions until Ross came home. "Hi, Sky said it was okay if you worked there for the summer, so what do you say." Ross asked. "Umm, I guess I will, I need to make more friends." I said " Okay well wake up early tomorrow we don't want to be late." Ross said walking to his room, leaving me and Max there together. I ended up walking up to my room.

Max's P.O.V

I should've taken the chance to kiss her. I know I've only known her for 2 days but I love her, I cant get mad around her. And she just makes me calm. I turn around and see Ross standing there, he walks down the stairs and comes over to me. " Do you like Shelby" he asks me quietly. " I don't know Ross" I say lying, he would kill me if he knew I liked his cousin. " Sure, she likes you I can tell" Ross says sitting down and turning the T.V. to his  anime show. Then we just sat there in silence as he watched his show.  "If you are going to ask her out, I see the wway you look at her." Ross says not looking at me "Well okay Ross, but we don't really know each other." I say walking up to my room.

I walked into my room and sat on my bed just starring at the ceiling. I get on twitter and search up Shelby. I found her twitter, and I followed her. I got ready for bed, there was nothing  else to do, I just had a lot of thinking to do.
