3. A cold Day at the Mal

Outside it's cold, like it normally is in winter... But still, something was missing... It was the snow that should be falling. No snow clouds, just the freezing air.

Now in the morning at the Mikage-Shrine which is laying on a hill, there also is no snow to be seen. Inside there are people wide awake. Tomoe and Nanami hurriedly running around packing some stuff. Or actually it is Nanami who is running around so lively.
Do you wonder why? Well you'll see:

"Oh come on, Tomooeee!! It's no fun doing the packing all by my self...", a noisy Nanami exclaimed. Tomoe who was laying on a Tatami mat drinking some Sake answered lazy: "Well it should be. I mean it is you who wants to go to the mal and shop."
"But you agreed to it, you are my boyfriend, sooo you should be helping me!", she argued back.

... silence....a minute later...still silence...

But then: "Oh alright...", Tomoe replied.
"Yay! I love you!(^3^)" Nanami nearly screeched. A little blush creeped to his cheeks, but he fast hid it by standing up and go help Nanami...

A little later:

"Finished! Are you ready Tomoe?"
"Yes I am.", he sternly said. "Great so now we can go.... Come on Tomoe... Stand up! You lazy fox!"

So they went outside going to the bus stop. Soon the bus came and they climbed in. Inside Tomoe looked for two or at least one seat which is free. But no one was free. Nanami waved with her hand to Tomoe that he should come to a standing area. He huffed one time before making his way. He watched Nanami as she hummed a song. The kitsune was sure of it that she was really, really happy about going to the mal with her boyfriend. It was like a date... The first one... 'Nanami keeps smiling so brightly, so beautiful' Tomoe thought.

Suddenly he was interrupted from his train of thoughts. The bus speaker which is calling out the stops, made its sound.

"Next bus stop: Yōkasu, the Mal"

"Oh, we're here come on Tomoee!" Nanami exclaimed interrupting her humming. Tomoe followed close behind. He wanted to get off of this vehicle. He didn't like the bus anyway...

Tomoe's POV:

"Wow! Look at all these people, Tomoe!" Nanami screeched with a bright smile. She made some jumps of joy before rushing to the crowd. I tried to catch up with her, scared of losing her.
She rushed in one shop. I hurried after her. It was a shop for clothes. She took some pieces from a hanger and went to a changing room. Shortly after the curtain opened and she revealed herself in rose-colored, short dress.

Well of course it is winter, but it's never to late, to buy something for summer...

She giggled as she watched herself in the mirror. Then she asked me: "Tomoe, how do you find it?" She looked at me with a hoping expression. I shifted with my eyes up and down before giving her a thumbs up. I quickly went to her and tied her hair in two pigtails.
