Chapter 10: is it fake?

Kyungil's P.O.V:

It's already morning, I noticed y/n's arms weren't around me anymore. Her body was all the way turned around from my side. Her hair all over her face while her body all curled up.

I decided to slide closer to her and place my arm around her, but I noticed she immediately got tensed up.

She changed positions again, Making me sigh in frustration. I suddenly decided to let my feet touch the cold wood floor to leave the room. I stood up while the room was all silent, only the wood creaking from my bare feet and weight was heard.

I went down stairs while my palm would slide down until the stair bar would end. I didn't even bothered to brush my teeth nor eat, I might know what Jaeho has been telling her.

'Demon' my mind spoke at once and my heart raised until it'll fall onto my stomach. I've been Lucifer's son without nobody noticing. I've decided in the past to live with my father and do what he had told me to do, but I turned against my father he and make myself a human.

I took I huge sigh...

//FLASH BACK//

Father went so mad, he sent me to the Nephalem((not heaven nor hell)). A scary place where souls that where defined as Toklashys, would disappear. I begged and begged to my father to sent me free, but my frustration made it worst...

I was disappearing

I could watch tiny bits of my rotten skin fly onto mid air. My beloved father was about to let me disappear.

One month had passed and I noticed that only my torso and head was left. I was prepared to let my soul be taken away. But just at the instant I looked up to let the last tear drop, a void was reaching his hand for me. A void a soul with no classification, not a angel nor demon.

Of curse I let him take me, but my arms weren't there anymore. I became so inpatient that I began to scream for help. He helped me but once I opened my eyes he wasn't there anymore.

But father was there with his desire to punish me until my soul gives in. I remember his arms raised and prepared to land on my chest and leave my body in his creation and my soul disappeared.

"Stop your actions right this instant!" An unfamiliar voice came from another man's throat. Father had left his actions but decided to move his head to the man's direction.

"And who are you? You are just a pathetic slave, aren't you?"

"I'm Kim Minwoo and I was the one who took your son out of the Nephalem"

"How can a demon like you could enter the Nephalem with no authorization?!"

"I'm a void sir, I live there."

With that my father had left the both of us with no words spoken.

Silence

Without hesitation I walked towards the void, but suddenly he disappeared.

"Where did you went?"I half whispered to myself while trying to search a way to leave the Nephalem and try to return to heaven.

Just when I entered the gates of heaven, a huge wind blew against my body. Trying to send me back to where I was from, I gripped the closest thing I could hold onto.

"What is your idea to be here? And why?" A strong, deep, calm, yet loud voice came from the other side of the gates.

"I apologize for my mistakes sire. Please forgive me, by I had took the wrong path. Following my father's steps was never the right decision. Forgive me please I beg you."

"Alright Kyungil...this will be the last chance in witch I'm giving you. What would be your choice? Human and play the test or one of our angels?"

I sighed in frustration by making such huge decision but quickly I gave in.

"Human my good sir.."

"Well, If that's what you answer. Your test starts now."

//END OF FLASH BACK//

"Honey...?" Y/n's voice came from upstairs. She sounded worried and very tired.

"Yes?"

"Can I speak to you?" As suddenly I heard those words, my body twisted and soon it began to think of the negative thoughts.

I slowly walked forward to her without letting my eyes take a chance to look away from hers.

"What is it?"

"Let's snuggle...please, last night you didn't even said goodnight."

"Oh..yeah sure, let's go."

'What a relief' I thought to myself while walking next to y/n back upstairs again.

As soon we approached the bedroom, her lips curved into a kind smile placing a gentle kiss on my cheek.

"You know...something terrible can happen, but also something wonderful could happen. We can be happy even if the sky is collapsing above us. You know, if the skies fall down..I would happy to die with you."

"Gosh, I love you so much" with that we both where laying down on the bed with arms all wrapped up against us.

Y/n's arms where wrapped against my torso, while her forehead would rest numbly against my chest and her left leg wrapped against my waist.

I only had my arms around her, with my chin resting against her tip of her head. Soft snores from her were heard and peaceful silence was meeting us in our room.

As the air would crags against y/n's shoulders. I decided to gently pull the sheets up to her shoulder. While listening to her humming and breaths, I automatically felt asleep.

Waking up by the sudden loud snore y/n just gave. A light chuckle was relished from my throat. I could't help myself, but to pull some strands of her hair that's mound fall onto her face.

The warm sensation of my heart pumping just for her, made my frustration go away.

While noticing it was almost 6:00 pm i skillfully turned on the air conditioner and place a sweet kiss on her shoulder.

"I love you y/n..."
