chapter 2
Jessica's POV
We were stretching in the studio after school, getting ready for dance. When, Ciara shoved me.
"What the..."
"Sorry babe he won't leave me alone, Aha!!!"
That's when I noticed Aaron chasing her. I honestly think he likes her, their so cute together. Ciara is my best friend she's been through everything with me. The love I have for her is out of control but sometimes she can be annoying. She's incredibly flexible I'm jealous. We both are in so many activities and clubs. She does it because she's awesome like that. I on the other hand do it so I don't have to go home to my corrupted family. My dad works too much in his office so I don't think he even noticed my absence from the family. My mom doesn't give a two fuck about me and my little sister is the only one who cares about me and she's only six years old.
"Focus Miller, focus" the dance instructor said to me.
So I picked up my speed up when the beat of the music got louder.
Tonight we'll just get drunk
Disturb the peace
Bind your hands all over me
and then you bite your lip
Whisper and say, we're going all the way
Tonight, take me to the other side
Sparks fly like the 4Th of July
Just take me to the other side
I see that sexy look in your eyes
And I know, we ain't friends anymore
If we walk down this road
We'll be lovers for sure
So tonight kiss me like it's do or die
And take me to the other side
"Skylar choose the next song please." The teacher tried screaming above everyone's cheer of how good we danced.
Skylar was this girl in our class she has good music taste and was an excellent dancer. When the teacher asked her to pick a song she practically ran to the playlist and picked a song.
'Til we get it, I'ma get it
'Til we get it,
'Til we get it, I'ma get it
'Til we get it,
You say all you need is consistent love
When I try I swear it's never enough, I messed up
Maybe this thing here just ain't meant for us
Baby you let go and I pull you back
I let go, you ain't having that
We do it like we rock stars
Sexin' in my hotel room, and we so loud
Higher than a smoke cloud
Shades on doin' 95 wit' the top down
I might sound crazy
'Cause we be goin' back and forth
One minute I hate you, then I love you
That's how it is
'Til we get it right we gon' fuck some mo' ('til we get it)
I'mma get it (I'ma get it), 'til we get it ('til we get it)
'Til we get it right we gon' fuck some mo' (I'ma get it)
I'mma get it ('Til we get it), 'til we get it (I'ma get it)
Why is it all so complicated
Baby this should be simple, it's all in me mental
but when you back it up, it really drives me crazy
and you know what I'm into
make me forget what we arguin' about aye
Once I noticed it was mine and Ciara's favorite song she ran to me and we jumped in the air and started to dance like there was no tomorrow. I felt someone grab my ass it was Aaron grinding on me and Ciara, she seemed to enjoy it. I got tired and walked away. I took out phone and realized I forgot to tell my mom I was staying after, she sent me seven texts calling me a stupid whore and doing god knows what. I don't know why she hates me so bad I only made one huge mistake in my life and she wants to hold it against me. She is probably blaming me for what's going on with her and dad. Why does everything have to be so hard at least no one else knows this but, Ciara did, I trusted her with my life!
"Aaron can I pretty please get a ride, I don't think my mom will come and pick me up." He nodded and gestured for me to follow him. I tested my mom to let her know I was on my way.
Me: I'm on my way
Bitch: you're in so much trouble do you know how worried I was
Since when did she worry about me?
Me: okay whatever
Bitch: I'm going to fuck you up so bad if you don't get me my cigarettes
Of course that's why she remembered I even existed
Me: I will
Bitch: you better
*puts phone away
Aaron looked at me with a concern look. "What?" I asked. "Are you okay babe?" why did he call me babe? "Yea I'm fine can you go by the gas station for a sec so I can pick something up?" "Yea sure" he said. We pulled up to a Super America and I grabbed my ID. I was a senior and legal to get a pack. I walked in and the first thing I hear is Aaron yelling at a guy for looking at my butt. That was kind of awkward. Wasn't he the one grabbing it a while ago? I quietly asked the cashier for the brand and he looked at me with sympathy I told him it wasn't for me. I can see he didn't believe me. As soon as I was about to pay Aaron snatched it and whispered to me, "You don't smoke, what's this?" o how I wished he stayed in the car. It's not for me he wouldn't budge so I took it from him and gave him a death glare. He automatically regretted messing with me. I can be pretty intimidating if I want, but guys think it's sexy. We ran towards the car and I bumped into someone. I looked up and he looked familiar. I think he went to our school, he's cute. I mumbled a sorry under my breath and walked away.
