Ugh who is texting me now! I thought

I checked my phone to see it was Zane

"Look out of your window!" He said

What? Why?

I walked over to my window and opened it to see Zane with flowers and a sign that reads:
'Will you go on a date with me?'

I went to find a blank paper to write

'Yes!'

When he saw that I think he smiled I don't know his mask was in the way

'What time' is I said out loud

"How about in 3 hours?" He replied

"Sure, sounds great see you then." I said

I closed my curtain and ran to my mom's room to tell her I am going to hang out with my friend again. I don't want to tell her just yet.

"Mom can I hang out with my friend later?" I asked

"Is it Zane again?" She smiled

"Well yeah, but why does that matter?" I asked

"Because he is your boyfriend!" She said

"W-where did you get that idea from?" I asked nervously

"Your new necklace. You didn't have it until you came back from 'hanging out' with 'your friend' Zane!" She said

I blushed and said "please don't tell dad. He will kill Zane."

"Don't worry dear, just with one condition. You have to tell me what happened on your dates ok?" She said

"Ok and if we are doing that then I think I should tell you..." I started

"Tell me what?" She questioned

"Um...well...I had my first kiss." I said

"HE KISSED YOU!" She screamed

"Yes" I yelped

"Awe they grow up so fasted!" My mom said

"Mommm! Please!" I said

"What dear it is a natural response for a mother to act like this when their child hits a major milestone in their life." She said

"Fine, but I am going to get ready for my date." I said while quickly running out of the room
