Here We Go Again (Luke Hemmings)

Chapter 33

*few weeks later*
Everything's back to normal, sort of. Every time me and Luke are near each other, we argue and its non stop. I know all the boys are sick of it but we can't help it. Anything one of us does gets on the others nerves. I hate arguing with Luke but recently I cannot stand him. We hate being around eachother.

Anyway, I'm meeting the boys and Demi at Starbucks down the road. I got changed into a white flowy top tucked Into some dark patterned shorts and a white cardigan over the top. I did some natural makeup and left my hair in its natural waves. I made my way round to Starbucks and saw all 5 of them sat round the table.
"Hey guys" I greeted smiling. They all greeted me back well except Luke. I sat down next to Demi, opposite Michael. I noticed everyone else already had their drinks so I decided to go and order mine.

When I got to the counter the waiter turned round and smiled and my god, he was good looking.
He took my order.
"So what's your name?" He asked obviously to write it in the cup.
"Aria" I replied
"Well, Aria you're really pretty, I'm Cameron" he told me.
"Your not too bad yourself" I smirked, not knowing where this sudden confidence came from.
He passed me my cup and I looked down at it too see a number on it. I looked up at him and he winked.
"Before you go aria, I need to ask, who's that giving me daggers over there?" He asked nodding towards our table. I turned and looked and sure enough Luke was sat glaring right at us. I rolled my eyes and turned back to Cameron.
"Just ignore him, he's a dick"I told him and he laughed.
"Anyway, I'll speak to you soon" I smiled at him before grabbing my drink and making my way back to the table.
None of the others seemed to have noticed what'd just happened except Luke.
"Can I speak to you outside aria?" Luke asked. I looked at the others before nodding.
"Are they finally gonna make up" Ashton smirked whilst the others laughed, I just rolled my eyes and followed Luke outside.
"Who was that?" He asked straight away.
"Who?" I asked although I knew he meant Cameron.
"Don't play stupid who was that dick that you were talking to?" He asked
"Why do you care?" I snapped playing with the lid on my drink.
"Because you don't know nothing about him and you've got his number already by the looks of it" he said.
"And what, Luke you don't know nothing so stay out of it" I snapped.
"So what you gonna do, text him and arrange to fuck him tonight like a little slag or something" he spat.
Without thinking, my hand connected to his cheek at the same time the other four came out.
"What's going on out here?" Cal asked. Ignoring him I stared at Luke.
"Don't ever come near me again" I spat before running off.

*Demi's POV*
"What the fuck did you say to her?" I snapped at Luke. He just shrugged in response.
"Luke what the fuck did you say to her?" I yelled.
"Dem, calm down" Ashton whispered.
"No I want to know what the fuck he said to her to make her so upset"
"I fucking said something that came out wrong, it was like I called her a slag but I didn't mean for it to come out like that" Luke said casually.
"You did what?!" All of us shouted at the same time.
Calum walked off on the phone to someone.
"Why the fuck would you call her a slag Luke, she's put so much on the line for you and you've thrown it back in her face" I spat at him.
He just shrugged.
"I'm going to aria" I said as Calum came back.
"Don't. I was just on the phone to her and she wants to be on her own, Luke why would you say that to her?" Cal said.
He just shrugged again as I rolled my eyes and stood with ash.
Mikey sighed. "Let's just go to the park, everyone needs to calm down" he said.
"You guys go I just wanna be on my own" Luke said as we all left.

*Lukes POV*
I leant against the wall as I thought about how much I'd fucked up with Aria. All I wanted to know was who that guy was and why they were flirting. She's the only thing on my mind recently and all were doing is fighting.

I heard the Starbucks door open and I turned to see that dude aria was talking too. He was on the phone and I couldn't help but listen.
"Aria, listen I've just finished, meet me at the park by Starbucks" he said, oh so they're talking already, that was quick. He agreed to something before putting his phone in his pocket.

"Meeting up with her already are you?" I asked before thinking.
He turned round looking at me.
"And who are you because if I'm not mistaken you're the guy glaring at me earlier" he said.
I pushed myself off the wall and walked over to him.
"I'm arias boyfriend and you are?" Again, not thinking. Why the fuck would I say I'm her boyfriend.
"Boyfriend? Telling me to ignore you because you're a 'dick' I don't think you're her boyfriend" he said coming closer to me.
"Keep away from her" I growled.
"And if I don't" he smirked.
Before I knew it is connected my fist to his cheek. He pushed me as I pushed him back and punched him again.
"LUKE!" I heard scream I turned to see aria looking furious. She ran over to us.
"Luke what the fuck?!" She exclaimed running over to him.
"Why didn't you tell me you had a boyfriend?" He asked her.
She looked at him confused.
"Boyfriend?" She asked.
"He told me he's your boyfriend" he told her. Oh fuck.
"ex boyfriend"  she said putting emphasis on the word 'ex'.
"That's not what he said" He said to her.
She turned to me.
"When are yo going to get the hint Luke? Leave me alone. The past is in the past, there's not an 'us' anymore. stayout of my life" She told me. Before I could say anything she grabbed his hand and walked away. I let out a scream as I connected my fist to the wall. I can't believe I've lost her again.
