BEEP BEEP BEEP.

Great, school. I hit the snooze on my alarm clock only to roll over to see my mom looking at me from above my bed, staring at me in the most angry way possible.

"Get up." she said as her eyes yelled at me in silence. I got out of bed as fast as I could and made my bed quickly. I made my bed in one swift movement of sheets and then my mom stomped out of my room. "Breakfast is on the counter. Don't be later than 6:30, we're eating together." she yelled from the bottom of the stairs. Since when do you eat breakfast together. I threw on a pair of black jeans and a lavender tee shirt with a blue pocket right on the boob. Don't stand out, I thought to myself.

It was only 6:15 and I quickly applied some makeup but nothing too exciting, little foundation, mascara, eyeliner and a light pink lipstick. I had the weirdest dream last night, I had a dream that I was back at Zayn's house, but only I was there. I decided to look around the house only to see that there was no food, no water, and frankly nobody. I heard a  scream in the distance and a small girl screaming for help. I looked out the window and saw what appeared to be me as a kid being chased by a large dog. I couldn't move or talk anymore, I felt arms wrap around me and I turned around to see Hannah. She whispered in my ear "shhh, I'm here for you." and that's all I remember after my alarm went off. What the hell does this mean, i'm so confused.

I look over to my clock to see that it's 6:25, I may as well head downstairs to see the parents from hell. I plopped into a chair with a plate of one piece of toast  and a piece of bacon, looking at my parent's plates they had the same.

"Sorry honey, it's grocery day." said my dad. I began to eat my small breakfast and my parents both shot me looks. They were holding hands and saying a grace before meals. It's not that I didn't disrespect my religion I just, I don't believe in God. I never understood church or bible passages, I just chose to play along with my family though. I took my mom's hand and just sat in silence for a good 2 minutes. After my plate of food was finished I threw my dish in the sink and grabbed my keys. I said goodbye to my mom which resulted in an evil glare in my direction, I guess she wasn't over last night's argument. I gave my dad a hug and he wished me to have a good day. I never connected with my mom truly, well I never really connected with either of my parents, my dad and I just had an unwritten rule that we both respected each other and let each other live our lives the way we want to.

My mom always wanted the clone of her and she wasn't afraid to tell me that. Constantly she told me that I was a horrible daughter because I didn't want to go to church and I didn't listen to Christian rock. A majority of the time when she gets mad about that stuff I shake it off and replay old music in my head. @Mom I don't need your negativity, I already hate myself :).

I got in my car and instantly Loving Someone by the 1975 came on. I quietly sang along in my Granddad's old truck that I've had since I started driving at age 16. I pulled into the school's parking lot and found the closest parking spot. Senior year, stay invisible; it's like I had to replay it over and over in my head.

I was walking into the school when I heard my name being called, "Hey Emma!" I turned around on my heels to see Hannah walking up to me in ripped black jeans and an Arctic Monkeys tee. "You know I really need a nickname for you, Emma is very basic."

"Uhh nobody has ever given me a nickname." That was a complete lie. In my old town my first girlfriend would always call me emm. She said em was too basic too unoriginal. Emm showed uniqueness. I shook that out of my mind and looked into Hannah's blue eyes.

"Hmm you've gotta let me think about this. This is hard on the spot." she said as she was in a deep thought, "hey there's still fifteen minutes until class, come with me." She took my hand she snuck me up to the roof. There was about 12 other kids there (one including Zayn). "I've never brought anyone new up here, you're pretty lucky. I guess I see something special in you." Hannah said as she put her arm around me gripping the side of my body.

"Truth or Dare ladies!" a girl called from the area of all the other kids. Honestly it was such a childish game but I was into it, I was no chicken. "Ouu fresh meat? This is new." said the girl she had short almost snow white hair. "Fresh meat, truth or dare?"

I took a deep breath, I had no intentions for a dare, "Truth." I said swallowing my nervousness.

"Do you prefer vagina or dick."

uh oh. They were all looking at me, I don't wanna mess this up, I'm not gonna lie. my face began to grow red. I stopped worrying and realized I just need to be who I am.

"Vagina."
