As suggested by the wonderful @aprilsepticeye , here are some (in my opinion) eyeshadow tips. Sorry, if you don't really like my advice. I don't wear makeup because I think it drains out the fact that you are a kid, and that you are innocent (even if you really aren't). Also, I am too young, and not allowed to wear any.
For blue eyes; light and neutral colors will best complement the cool and soothing blue tone of eyes. Try to steer away from anything harsh, like smokey look that is too dark. Stick to softer shades, like coral and champagne to emphasize that glint in your iris, and not to distract away from it. I recommend the Laura Mercier Sateen Eye Colour
In the colour Primrose, which can be found at Nordstrom for $24. Also, the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerize Cream Eyeshadow in the colour Mary Antoinette, which can also be found at Nordstrom for $32For gray eyes; sooty, smokey colours enhance the colour of your eyes. Add light depth with a hazy wash of misty gray or a silvery blue. Choosing a similar steely colour is the best way to easily play up this rare eye colour. I recommend the Burberry Beauty Eye Colour Wet & Dry Silk Eyeshadow in number 307 Stone Blue, sold at Nordstrom for $29, and the Yves Saint Laurent Pop Water Full Metal Shadow Metallic Colour Liquid Eyeshadow in 01 Grey Splash, sold at Nordstrom for $30.
For green eyes; your eyes are naturally brightly coloured, so you don't need any vivid eyeshadow colours and liners to attract attention. A muted purple is the perfect pop for a night out, and a shimmery brown is just enough colour during the day. I recommend Shiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Colour in V1126 Lavande, found at Shiseido for $25. Also, the Hourglass Cosmetics Modernist Eyeshadow Palette, found at Nordstrom for $58.
For hazel eyes choose the metallics and pastels in your palette. Heavy, smokey eyeshadows tend to hide the subtle hints and in multinational eyes. On the other hand, delicate metallics and dusty pinks intensify the flecks and make light brown eyes sparkle. I recommend M.A.C Cosmetics Mineralize Eyeshadow Duo in the colour Dual Rays, which is found at M.A.C Cosmetics. Also, the Kevyn Aucoin Beauty The Loose Shimmer Eyeshadow in the colour Candlelight, found at Nordstrom for $29.
For brown eyes, (Almost) Anything goes. Most colours work well with beautiful, brown eyes, but neutral shades like salmon and bronzy gold really highlight them. Whatever colour you choose, try blending the crease with black shadow to add a touch of intensity. I suggest the Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Intense Silk Eyeshadow in #05 Gold Blitz, sold at Nordstrom for $34. Also, the Maybelline Color Tattoo 24Hr Leather by Eyestudio Cream Gel Eyeshadow in the colour Dramatic Black, sold for $6 at your local drugstore. Last but not least, the Surratt Artistique Eyeshadows in the colour Poudre for 20$ at Barneys.
For dark brown eyes, Dusting lids with rich pigment emphasizes dark eyes. Create the illusion of larger eyes with strong shades like violet, silver and chocolate. Accentuate dark eyes even more with black liner in the waterline to define. I recommend products like Ardency Inn Modster in Orchid for $21 at Sephora, Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow in Moonspoon for $21 at Urban Decay, and NARS Cosmetics Shimmer Eyeshadow in the shade Mekong for $25 at Nars.

One of my closest friends is a makeup freak, I just had to take her opinion on this. Don't worry, did some work, too. I really hope you enjoyed it @aprilsepticeye . Sorry for the delay.
