Kageyama would most likely to cry, you and him were together for years before, you were each other's firsts for everything. So Kageyama would be crying that you were pregnant.

He would have mixtures of emotions, he'd jump up and down crying, happy that he's going to be a father, he'd then tell his family and you'd do the same.

You were talking with friends and he went there to surprise him, your doctor is your friend so she asked, "Did you tell him that you're going to have a baby yet?" That's when he tackled you with a hug.
