Travelling

She stands there watching,

Not knowing where she's going.

She's on an unknown path with a mind full of questions.

Falling into the pit she called her future.

She thought she knew who she could trust..

Man, was she wrong.

They killed her inside, so she let go.

Said "I'm not doing this anymore."

Now here she stands,

On the path unknown.

Now alone with God by her side,

She'll go forward once more.

Never letting go,

Praying she'll make it through.

Finding her trust in those she held near and dear

Will be her daunting task.

Love abolished was made new by Him.

He sheltered her when she was scared.

He heard suicide knocking .

But then she proclaimed "stay away in His name!"

Suicide then fled in fear of what it heard.

God saved her then and stands by her now.

Her only remaining strength,

Rests in God.

She can't bear to be shut down again..

God keep her safe in this journey she takes.

Because here she stands,

On the path unknown with God by her side.

She'll go forward once more but she won't let go.

Cause she knows she'll make it through.

She's come to the end of this haunting road.

God stayed with her till the end.

She knows she's safe.

She's not afraid anymore,

Of the obstacles in her way.
