kim mingyu was sitting in a sofa next to the window in a coffee shop. he was drinking a hot coffee, reading a book as the sun was reflecting on him.

he was going to take another sip of coffee, when one of the employee came to see him.

"you are here again ? it's the fifth years now, you are still waiting for him ?" he asked.

"yes, you know dokyum, i'm really sure that he will finally come here one day. i'll still waiting for him no matter what."

"wow, i envy him, i wished that someone can love me the way you are loving him" he said with a smile. "i hope that you will be able to meet him again soon !"

mingyu thanks the boy, who went to work again, and started to read his book again. he was reading "me before you" one of wonwoo's favorite book.

he smiled as he thought about wonwoo. jeon wonwoo. his first love.
the one who make him believe in life again, the one who saved him.
five years ago, he suddenly disappeared from his life, leaving him with just a letter.

how many time did he have read this letter ? he didn't knew himself, but it was surely more than a million times. it was the only thing that make him feel closer to him.

he took his phone from his pocket and looked at the home screen. it was a picture of him and wonwoo, that they took just a few days before he left.

like a idiot he felt the tears coming to his eyes again.
some may think that he is really stupid, stupid for still believing that he will meet wonwoo again, stupid for just still loving him after all these damn years.

he didn't even know how he will look like now.
maybe five years isn't really that long, but for mingyu it is.

waiting for someone is really long, heartbreaking.
how much he wanted to return to the time when everything was fine, when they were happy. but he knew he couldn't, and that hurts even more.

a tons of "what if" went trough his mind all this years ;

what if they didn't meet ? will he still be broken ? will he still be alive ?
what if it was his fault, that he makes him disappear ?
what if he is even not alive anymore ?

the single thought of him not alive scares him so much.

he shook his head trying to forget about this kind of thoughts, and focused on the book again.

a few minutes later he received a call, it was from choi seungcheol saying that he will come to join him.
he stayed friend with seungcheol after graduation, seungcheol helped him a lot after that wonwoo left.

when he arrived, they started to talk about all kind of stuffs, but they always finish by talking about wonwoo.

"i miss him so much seungcheol, i..." he whispered. "i hope that he is okay, that i'll meet him again. why aren't him searching for me, like i'm searching for him ? i guess he already forget me ..." he continued.

"look mingyu, it have been five years, we don't even know how he look like now, not even his condition, and what happened during these years." he paused too. he took a breath and continued. "maybe it's time for you to forget him too."

"n-no, you know i can't, he was my everything, and i'm not exaggerate, he really was my everything."

silence. seungcheol didn't knew what to say anymore, of course he wanted to see his old friend again, but ...

maybe it was a little selfish, but during these five years, he himself, fell for mingyu. he never told him about his feelings, knowing that it would just break their friendship.
he wished that he could be wonwoo sometimes.

"okay right, i'll go now." he said, breaking the silence.

"okay, see you soon, and thank you." answered mingyu.

seungcheol was heading to the exit when a cute boy entered. by the way he was speaking korean, he guessed that he was chinese.

he was about to going out when he bumped into a taller man.

"oh i'm sorry- wait you look so familiar ?!" the boy said.

"it's okay-..." seungcheol looked at him. "min-mingyu... you..." he continued.

mingyu who heard seungcheol, lifted up his head, and, when he saw the boy in front of cheol, he immediately stood up.
