Being the idiot that I am, I blinked at him instead of returning the smile. A gost of a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips before he turned back to his friends. I linger for a bit before getting in the lunch line.
I poke at my half eaten sandwich and look over at Golden boy again. The blonde girl that sat across from him waves her arm furiously. He leans back in his chair and I can faintly hear him laugh. I quickly finish my food and went to my locker.
I take out my biology textbook then head to the main office to visit Mrs. Howard the secretary. She was a thin red head and while the adjective wise could be use to the describe her, so could the words unbelievably childish.
I feel a tap on my shoulder and whirl around and for the second time today beautiful light green eyes meet my unattractive black eyes.
