Lucas is at Topanga's Maya comes in and sits by him
"Oh hey what did you need to talk about?" Lucas says
"What do you want?" Maya asks
"I can't raise a kid Maya" Lucas says
"We didn't even talk about keeping him/her" Maya says
"What's that supposed to mean?" Lucas says
"That you don't know what you can or can't do, Lucas"
"I know but-" she cuts him off
"You told me that you were in"
"I know and I still am"
"No your not because when I asked you are you in I meant are you ok with exploring all the options" Maya says
"Ok well let's talk about it"
"Ok so if I'm about 5 weeks I should be due in...December the beginning"
"Ok so the beginning of our first year of college" Lucas says
"Ok so we did keep it we both have jobs and have money saved up that I could buy all the stuff we need"
"Why do you have money saved up?"
"In case of an emergency"
"Ok what ever"
"I can get an apartment with Riley so that there not a baby in a dorm room"
"And we don't want to live together"
"No" Maya says
"Ok so now we just have to decide"
"Well I have to talk to my mom about it"
"Ok you should go do that"
Maya leaves to go talk to her mom about it
At her house
"Hey mom what if I kept the baby" Maya says sitting on the couch
"Honey do you think you could take care of a baby" Katy says
"Well maybe"
"Honey im with you no matter what you do" Katy says standing up
"I'm gonna go get a shower" Katy says walking away
Maya goes to Riley's to talk to her parents
Maya gets there and walks in everyone is sitting at the table eating
"Ok what am I going to do" Maya says walking over to them
"Why don't you sit down and we can talk" Riley says
"No I don't want to sit just tell me what to do" Maya says
"We told you Maya, you can't take care of a kid" Topanga says
"You are a kid" Corey says
Maya runs out the door slamming it
"Guys!" Riley yell
"Riley she's just a kid" Topanga says
"No mom she not! She's not a kid she's 18 years old!" Riley says
"Riley do you really think she can take care of a child" Corey says
"Maybe, but it doesn't matter I think it doesn't matter what you think she needs to believe in herself she needs to believe that she can do it, and your not helping your making it worse. Can't you see she already feels bad for herself so if your not going to say something supportive then don't says anything because support is what she needs!" Riley says frustratingly she gets up and was about to walk out
"Riley just let her think" Corey says
"Your not listening she needs support and you're not giving it to her" Riley says walking out
