Chapter 10- Night Raid (2)

Okay readers, sorry for a late update cause I was reading fanfiction and well I was thinking what I should write for this chapter and yeah and also today which is the 14th of August, a Sunday we went to watch Ice Age: Collision Course. I'm still surprised that it's still there in the Majestic City cinema. Well enough of the Author's note and I'll get back to the story... oh and I should warn you because there might be some torture in this chapter or maybe in the next and I tell you, it might be a bit based on how Erza got tortured by Kyoka at the Tartaros headquarters. (For those who haven't watched or read this arc in the anime or manga, I suggest you watch it.)

Erza's POV

'I've been here for three days and not a sight of Night Raid...... I'd rather go back to the castle and savour some of the chef's award winning strawberry sufflè........ I can just taste it..... *sigh* But I still cannot abort my mission but *growl* my stomach can't take it anymore.... Well I'd better catch my dinner or I'll starve to death.'

I felt an uneasy gust of wind as I was fishing for my dinner. The trees were really unsettled and I got the feeling that I was being watched. I shrugged the feeling as I caught a fish. But not a moment too soon as I dodged an arrow headed towards me as it landed in the river. "Who goes there! Show yourselves right now!"as I gripped my sword.

I heard a high pitched laugh of a female coming towards me from the shadows. "So little miss apple-head wants to play huh? I'll make sure that she will enjoy our time together." "Who are you?" "Oh, how painful. And I thought you knew us. How very sad indeed."said a male voice. "Are you Night Raid? If you are come out!"I exclaim. "My my, a little girl like you shouldn't be wandering all alone in this forest. Someone could just kill you." "I said come out and reveal yourselves right now!"I shout yet again. "Ooooooo....... so demanding. You are one heck of a woman."growled a ruff voice. "Now now Mikey, it's rude to say things like that young man." "Come on let the kid have some fun... you'll spoil the mood Mai..."
"I suggest we kill her right now. On the spot." "Come on J, let Shauna-Chan have some fun. You know what I say. I say we take her hostage. That way her little buddies will come find her and we kill 'em."

'This is bad. I'm surrounded by them but I can't see them. I'd better keep my guard up as they might attack me at any moment. Should I face them-?'
"Aww... is the great Titania scared? Well you can't run away from us......"says someone letting out a villainous chuckle. 'H-how do they know who I am? ' "You must be wondering how we know who you are. We know all about you Erza Scarlet." "Well then are you going to attack me?" "As you wish Titania and I guarantee you will regret it. Now." As she snapped her fingers seven cloaked figures ran towards me one with a rifle and the others armed with swords.

I managed to deflect the first blade but that alone wasn't enough. A second and a third attack came swinging at me the moment I deflected my opponent's attack. I saw every other cloaked figure except the one with a rifle. He or she must have been a sniper so he or she must snuck into the forest to get a good view and strike at the right moment. From the quick glance of that rifle, I guess it had a silencer so I won't be able to sense the gun shot. What should I do?

"What's the matter Titania? Too scared to fight back?" Dodging an attack I say to her, "No, in fact I'm just getting started." As I deflected another attack I see her drawing a devilish smirk. "Sinon, now." And with that a gun shot hit my left arm and I fell to the ground. I was unable to move an inch. That gun shot must have contained some paralyzing effect in it. My eyes were heavy as I tried my best to keep it open. Then I saw that lady come upto me with another man whose eyes were red as blood and hair as black as night. "Well done Sinon." And then turning to me he said, "Well then goodnight Titania."he says finding it amusing. "Curse......you......"were the only words that I said before my world blackened and I lay there unconscious on the ground.
