Part 25

I broke out of the kiss seeing Jai smile at me while I smiled back.

"Let's ditch and get pizza?" He said with hope

I took a deep breath in
"Okay" i smiled up at him, letting my guard down, seeing him smile down at me, and grabbed my bag

I waited for him as he grabbed my hand and walked me to the back of the school and out of the gate where everyone ditches at, I'm surprise none of the teachers know the ditch hole that the students made to leave school.

I walked next to Jai quietly with my arms crossed. 

"What's up?" He looked down at me at me

"Stop asking that, we always argue when you do" I joked and smiled up at him while he just glared at me suspiciously.

"So are we still going to prom?" He changed the subject

I stopped in my tracks. 
He faced me and raised a brow

"About that" I chuckled nervously

"I sorta told your brother I'd go with him since I thought you and Ashley were gonna go" i said awkwardly

He rolled his eyes
"I'll find a date for Luke, your going with me" he looked at me again and smiled at me

"Your dumb" he joked at me and shook his head playfully and walked away.

"Shut up" I joked and caught up to him

"What kinda pizza?" He walked me to a table

"Either kind" I smiled

"Be more specific" he playfully raised a brow causing me to smile at him

"Pepperoni?" I said as a question as he nodded and left.

I sighed and looked at my fingers, feeling weird.

I felt my phone buzz and heard it ring which made me roll my eyes since everything bothers my bitter ass.

I looked at my phone and -

Issac was calling.

I stared at my phone ring and looked up and seen Jai waiting in line.

I hesitated before.

Ending the call which made me feel weird.
I never not answer Issac or anything like that.

I put my phone back in my pocket and wait for Jai.

"Pepperoni pizza for the queen and sprite to feel her needs" he came back, joking

I smiled at him and shook my head before taking the Sprite and a slice of pizza, seeing him sit down infront of me.

"So did you pick out a dress?" He asked before taking a bite

I nodded
"While I was on the run and missed school, I was all bored and just went to the mall" I joked

"What color? Your not the happy color kind of girl so I'm guessing black?" He raised a brow while I smiled

"You guessed correctly" I chuckled

"Can I see it?" He got closer to my face, with a smile while he was squinting his eyes at me.

"Nope" I smiled

"So after we win, victory sex?" He joked, smiling as I chuckled

"Shut up, no" I somehow blushed at his nasty comment.

"Ashley's probably gonna win so she could give you a blow job" I teased as he scrunched his face up

"She's not winning, have you checked your votes recently?" He said while I shook my head

"More than 300 while she's stuck at the 100's, your gonna win" he smiled as i rolled my eyes

You guys were fucking while I didn't go to school huh?" I said bluntly, grinning at him I don't know why.

He scrunched his face

"Ever since I met you I somewhat have standards now" a piece of pizza fell on his shirt while he continued to eat making me chuckle

"Then why were you guys hanging out?" I raised a brow and drank some of my soda.

"Is Brooke real jealous-"

"I'm gonna punch you, I'm not jealous shut up!" I laughed as I defended myself

"And besides" I continued

"Your whipped over me so I know you wouldn't do anything" I joked at him, seeing him squint his eyes at me and look at me seriously

"Jai Brooks don't get whipped" he said seriously as I rolled my eyes

"Sure" I widened my eyes dramatically on purpose

"Anyways" I smiled at him

"Look I gotta go" Jai said nervously and got up as I watched him confused

"Wait what?" I said with an attitude since he invited me to go ditch with him and he's just flaking

"I gotta go, I'll see you" he threw his shit in the garbage can

"You just told me to ditch school just to leave, you flaking flaker" I said getting up and throwing my food away to, wanting to go home since Jai really annoyed me

Was it because I told him he was getting whipped? Well he is he should embrace that shit.

"I'll see you later" he leaned on for a kiss but I put my hand infront of my lips and pushed his face

"You don't deserve a kiss, have a nice life" I joked but said seriously so he can believe it

I walked away from him

"Brooke?? Are you serious?" I hear him call out while I just walked out of the store and went home.
