Player vs Player (Jai Brooks)

Part 19

I was in class, next to Jai while my phone went off.. 
I seen Jai from the corner of my eye look at my phone and back at me, and turning back to look at the boring assignment the teacher was giving us  

i sighed, changing my position and grabbed my phone.

I seen I had a unread message from Issac, berly right now.

I looked at Jai who was looking ahead, and looked back at my phone, before opening it quickly and read it.

Probably tomorrow night? Movies ?

I read on the phone, causing me to smile, not noticing it. 

I was typing when I felt my phone getting snatched away from my hand.

I looked and seen Jai glaring at me and looked at my phone, before reading my message, scrolling up, looking at our other previous messages I'm guessing and glared back at me.

He shook his head in disbelief before standing up and grabbing his bag.

"Jai?" I quickly tried grabbing his hand but he snatched it away from me, and walked away

I watched him make his exit

"Jai! Sit back down!" The teacher yelled, while Jai didn't even care and just ignored her, leaving the room.

She stared at the door in defeat while she switched her gaze at me, seeing that I stood up.

"I could go get him, I think he's mad?" He said playing innocent and nicely with a smile.

She sighed, looking back at the door before nodding and going back into her lesson.

I grabbed my bag and ran out the door and tried to run after Jai.

I ran and looked left and right, seeing him as I jogged further.

"Jai!!" I shouted and ran after him, seeing him just walk faster, out the schools property.

"Jai listen, stop walking!" I caught up to him and grabbed his hand.

"Get off of me" he snatched his hand away and said angrily before walking faster

"Jai I'm sorry just listen!!" I jogged faster, getting infront of him and stopping him.

"Get out of my way" he didn't look me in the eyes

"Jai look at me, stop" I said quietly, slowly letting go of his arms

He glared at me
"I wasn't talking to him, he just texted me out of nowhere today" I looked at him

"And you texted him back, agreeing to go out with hi-"

"we aren't even dating why are you mad?!" I said getting annoyed and stomped my foot

"I gave up getting girls for you? I practically stopped messing around with other girls because I thought you liked me and your wondering why I'm mad-"

"Jai, I do like you!!" I blurted out, quickly shutting up.

He looked down at me in my eyes, not sure whether to believe it or not.

"I don't know why I'm like this with you Jai, I-I feel like I always have to apologize when it comes to you and believe me this is hard to tell anyone, but I have... I fancy you in some way, I'm not lying just stop being mad at me" I said looking at him, internally cringing at how hard I failed with speaking my feelings out.

"Brooke one minute you like me and one minute your playing hard to get-"

"I know you confuse me!! Do you think I actually want to like someone or even you?? No I don't know why I'm like this with you, I'm sorry I texted him back, I loved him before so I didn't think clearly and just told him I was free I'm sorry" I meant my apology, looking anywhere but his eyes, feeling some type of way whenever I spoke about my feelings to someone

He stayed quiet and just looked at me.
"Say something?" I said impatient

"What do you want me to day??" He spoke loudly. 

I sighed and just looked at him, not knowing what to say.

"I really like you, and when I like someone, I always have to mess it up, I just-, I don't know what you think when it comes to me, for all I know you don't really even like me and I'll end up looking dumb at the end of the day for letting myself open up to someone.... I'm sorry" I mumbled, crossing my arms

I seen him stare at me for a second before smiling at me.

"I like you to" is all he said before smiling at me creepy.

I smiled at him awkwardly and looked away.

"The teacher sorta wants you to go back to class" I smiled, not looking at him.

I felt him walk closer to me, turning my head towards him with his finger, and slowly pressing his lips on mine.
He stopped and looked back at me, still smiling at me like a creep.

"See, it wasn't that hard to tell me you liked me" he looked at me in the eyes while he still had his finger under my chin and still had that weird smile on his face.

"Shut up" I hit his arm and chuckled.

"Did I actually make Ms.Player like me?" He chuckled before leaning in and giving me a small meaningful kiss before me breaking the kiss

"Depends, did I?" I arched a brow and looked at him while he smiled at me and lean in again, planting another kiss on my lips.

"Maybe" he said in between the kisses and smiling.

I broke out of the kiss
"Alright let's go back in class I don't want to get In trouble" I chuckled and grabbed jais hand and walked into the schools property once again
