Sitting relaxed on the comfy chairs McD the friends ordered A Happy meal each. How weird? Well the toys were hilarious. Couldn't help!
They munched onto the food with some tension in the air but that gradually dissolved and laughter and merriment shadowed the table. Liz was busy sipping her blue drink when the table broke into a laughter.
Suddenly they fell silent. But, a noise still disturbed the quiet. It seemed like slurping. And, Liz realised it was her who made the noise while she sipped her blue drink. She looked up and found it weird to have everyone staring at her. Liz realised it was her. How funny! And she stuck her tongue out in response.
"Oops!"
"It's okay...." Said Ash and broke into peals of laughter. The others followed suit. She held her stomach and roared with hilarity.
She laughed and laughed until everyone stopped, earning rolling eyes , until her chair threatened to throw her off.
"Alright ..... Alright." She said between chuckles.
"What was so funny Ashley Stheinfield?"
"I ready have no friggin idea..." Says Ashley finally pulling herself under control.
"Okay. So..." Said Ash between chews "We've got some serious things at hand. Liz..."
"Yeah?" Liz looked up from her food.
"I've... We've got to tell you about... Something." Added Ash.
"Okay... Is it about....?"
"Umm, yeah" Niall quickly added.
"Liz look. The picture in the news paper wasn't all that was published, there was umm..an article too."She finished hastily and gave Liz a concerned look.
" And ... What was written in it? " Spoke Liz exasperated by the fact that the drama's still not over.
"Well, it was your mum's interview." Added Nate .
"Are you kidding me Nathaniel Inoa?" She shrieked.
Nate chose to remain quiet and gave a sweet forced smile.
It was a peculiar habit of hers to refer to people by their full names when slightly distressed.Well, just when you thought things couldn't get any worse, they got the worst.
"Just give me the darn news paper!" She said still hyperventilating. Ash puckered her lips and handed it over and shrugged.
"Don't you give me that you-asked-for-it-shrug."
