Dirt

Days turned to weeks. That's how long we road. Probably the longest we've been together at one time since our honey moon. Which is sad.
But I'm not complaining I love spending time with my blonde wife.
We were currently in Colorado.
I saw Denver coming up quick.
"Em wake up." It was just before the real of dawn and Emma had fallen asleep on my back. We hadn't run since yesterday and walking was relaxing. She moaned but sat up and looked around. I stopped Caliber.
"Kay this is where you get back on Red." I said to her. When she got off so did I. I pulled her into a hug and just stood there enjoying the hug. I pulled her as close as I could. When I pulled away I placed a kiss on her neck and took my saddle bag from her mare. She got on and smiled at me.
"I love you." I smiled at her.
"I love you." I this time she blushed which I always think is cute.
I remounted and we walked for the just waking up city.
We road in over the small hills on the dirt road.
At one point I reached across and grabbed her left hand.
We road in to see that there was already a fair amount of people about.
I still had my ring around my neck tucked into my buttoned shirt.
I glanced at Emma to see that hers had taken its spot back on her belt buckle.

We pulled up to a bed and breakfast and dismounted.
I grabbed a couple bills and walked in leaving Emma with the horses.
I walked in to a and older woman talking with a young brunette who had red streaks in her long curled hair.
"Going out and drinking all night has consequences Ruby. I'm still making your hungover ass work the diner." I cleared my throat catching their attention. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't hear the door open." She smiled.
"I would like a room for the night." She smiled and set to work.
"How many or is it just you?" She asked.
"Me and my wife." She looked up surprised but happy.
"Well then I'll give you a room half off. Newly weds?" I scrunched my brows.
"You could say that." It wasn't a lie. We were just starting to act like married people.
"Well for just the night?" I nodded and took my hat off. "That will be a dollar." I pulled a dollar from my bills and handed it to her. She handed me a key. "Enjoy your stay. The barn is on the side." I nodded and walked back out to Emma who was feeding the horses weeds.
"Come on dear." I said taking Caliber and leading us to the barn.
We walked in to see only a couple other horses and a few carriages. I took to a large stall for the both of them.
I tied both up and went to work unsaddling them.
I found a brush and brushed them.
Emma took the saddles off and placed them on wood horses in a closet. She then went to rock washing the blankets. I took the bridles off both animals and placed them with the saddles. I took her washed blanket and set it up on a line next to the washing tub.
When she was done I hung up mine as well.
"I need to shoe Caliber again does Red need it?" She nodded and went to find things to work on the animals feet with.
I took a halter and lead rope from a rack next to the stall and put it on Caliber. I lead him out and tied him to the hitch.
Emma came back with a bucket full of tools.
"There you go your majesty." I smiled and kissed her lightly.
"My Savior." I teased and took out a pick.

When I finished both horses I sighed putting the equipment back where Emma found them.
"I'm tired and I want a bath." Emma complained walking up behind me.
"Well then let's go." I said making sure the horses had water and food.

I was carrying my bags as well as Emma's letting her find the room.
When she found it she unlocked the door and pushed it open to reveal a lovely room with a large bed. I walked in and set our things down on the floor next to the desk.
I looked at Emma to see she had found a bathroom. I looked in to see a bath tub.
"Well I'm getting in." I said pulling my clothing off. I looked up to see Emma working at her pants.
I sauntered up and started undoing her shirt. I kissed her chest pulling the shirt off.
I then went to work on the bra. When it was off I pulled back and let her finish while I started the water.
I felt hands rub my back as the water filled the white tub.
"That feels good." I moaned.
"You're dirty. Seriously there is dirt on your skin." She giggled.
"That's why I'm taking a bath." I said.
"How about you rinse the dirt off your body then I'll get in with you when the waters clean." I groaned and emptied the half full water.
I took the hose and rinsed my body off along with my hair.
I felt better but couldn't help and wash my body.
"Here." While I was working on my body Emma washed my hair.
When I was washed I got out and allowed Emma to do the same.
When we were both clean I filled the tub enough for the both of us.
I got in allowing the blonde to sit in front of me.
"Gina. What am I to you?" She whispered. I sighed and kissed her neck lightly.
"You're my world." I whispered behind her ear. "You're my everything. With out you I'm nothing." I whispered. I pulled her hips all the way to me flushing my body against hers. I gripped the inside of her thighs holding her to me.
