Rejected but a Second Chance!?!

This is bad like really really bad Hunter is just gonna get himself killed but why does he want me so bad he said it him self that I was a unintelligent, weak and ugly and that really hurt my feelings to hear someone say that especially my own mate or shall I say ex mate.

"His name is Xander huh, what a hot name for a even hotter guy" April purrs in delight putting images of him without a shirt on.

"Can you stop putting images into my head I don't want to see them." I blush profusely turning towards the fight earning a laugh from her.

Everyone looks at Hunter and then at the prince waiting for something to happen, by the looks on my packs faces they are shocked that Hunter even challenged him. I've heard that he's very strong but the Royals are even stronger.

"Challenge Accepted Mutt." he growls deeply sending shivers down my spine.

They both shift and get into a fighting stance circling one another the hackles on their back rising from both their anger, Hunter sprang at the prince but he dodged landing behind him. However he turned back again trying to attack him once more but he dodges again and bites his hind leg causing blood to drip on the ground from the wound.

Hunter faces him again this time limping but manages to pounce on him biting his shoulder and Xander kicks him off with both his hind legs then charges at him clawing left and right at his face and him trying to dodge the attack.

Xander has the upper hand and decides to end it once and for all and shifts back into his human form grabbing hunters wolf form by the neck squeezing tightly.

This isn't how I wanted this to go I thought he was just gonna scare him and tell him to back off not kill him I have to stop before he snaps his neck. I rush towards Xander hugging him and he relaxes by my touch but doesn't let go.

"Mate please let him go he's not worth it" I whisper in his ear.

The look in his eyes wanted to kill him still but his eyes softened once they landed on mine and he completely let him go facing me hugging me back.

Once Hunter was released from his grasp he started to have a coughing fit trying to breathe again.

"We'll be leaving now so I suggest you go pack up your things mate." He says letting me go.

I nod my head and rush inside the house to go pack.

Xander Pov

I finally found my mate after years and years of looking I found her, some thought I would never find my mate but those were just the ones who wanted the throne to themselves.

They would have to kill me before I let them take what's rightfully mine but then again I would kill them if they even thought of it.

Madison is her name it's such a beautiful name for a beautiful girl and she's mine.

I turn towards the weak alpha and he gives me a death glare which I smirk in return because who's the one who just won MY mate, that's right I did and she's coming home with me.

"I will get her back so when you think shes safe and no one can touch her in your precious castle just think long and hard on who you can trust." He says smirking back and walking away.

"Let's just kill him right now" my wolf Liam says growling in my head.

"We can't but i will be keeping a close eye on him and anyone else who wants to harm our mate."

My mother comes towards me and gives me a big hug squeezing as tight as she can then letting me go as she smiles at me keeping both her hands on each of my shoulders.

"I'm just so happy you found your mate dear and she's so beautiful too."

I laugh "yeah she is a real beauty."
