Chapter 20

Emma's POV

I watch Harry chuckle and sip his water, and can't help but think that that chuckle is soooooo sexy!

No Emma. Stop. You're just friends right now.

"Em? What's that face?" Harry asks after he swallows his water. I snap out if my thoughts.

"Wh-what?" I stutter.

"What's wrong?" He repeats.

"Oh- uh, nothing. Just thinking about my parents. They rang me last night." I lie.

Well, I didn't really lie, my parents did call me, I just lied about what I was thinking about.

"Oh! How is mum?" He asks. He always called my parents mum and dad, as I do with his.

"Good. They want me to go visit them soon," I explain.

"Oh. Wait, how about they come up to visit us and they could watch a show? They haven't seen me do a concert before!" He says excitedly.

"Oh yeah, I'll ask them, that'd be great!" I say enthusiastically, grabbing my phone out. "I'll just go call her now," I say, standing up and walking outside the restaurant.

"Hello?" I her my mothers cheery voice on the other end of the phone.

"Mum! It's me." I say.

"Oh, darling! Why are you calling me again? We talked just last night, remember?" She asks. Maybe she thinks I was drunk.

"I know, but Harry had an idea. How about you and dad come down here to visit, and you could see Harry and the boys perform?" I ask.

"Oh that's a great idea love! Hold on, I'll just chat to dad," She says, and I sit there for a couple of minutes, as she talks to dad.

"Dad says sure! Where are you right now hunny?" Mum asks.

"Australia, and then off to New Zealand in 3 days, so you might want to go to New Zealand." I say.

"Okay sure, we'll be there in 3 days! I'll contact you later about everything else." She says.

"Alright mum, I love you! Oh, and Harry says hi mum," Mum laughs.

"Okay darling, I love you too, and say hi handsome! I'll see you later love, bye!" She says.

"Bye!" I say and hang up.

I walk back into Nando's, and see Harry sitting there, waiting for me.

"Mum says, 'Hi handsome!'" I say in a really girly voice.

Harry chuckles, and I go and sit next to him.

"So, even your mum says I'm handsome!" He says, and I laugh.

"I guess so,"

When we get back to the bus, the boys are taken away to do hair and makeup, soundcheck and all that concerty stuff, so I decide to take a walk.

I walk down the street of Australia, and when I get to a store called Target (clothes store) I go in and see what I can find.

While I'm looking at the dresses, a little girl, about 13 probably, comes up to me.

"H- hi, are you E- Emma?" She stutters.

"I sure am, what's your name babe?" I ask, smiling down at her.

"Sally. Sally Evans. I- uh, I really like One Direction, and your Harry's friend right?" She asks.

"Yup, his best friend. Hey, are you going to the boys concert tonight?" I ask. She shakes her head no, and her mother speaks.

"They were all sold out, so maybe next year aye Sally?" Her mum says. I frown. That must really suck.

"Hey, would you like to go?" I ask. She nods her head vigorously.

"Well, I am sure I can arrange that. And maybe I can even get you to meet them! How does that sound, mum?" I ask, looking at her mum.

"I wouldn't want you to go out of your way..." Her mum trails off, and I see the pleading look Sally has on her face.

"Honestly, it's not a problem. She is so sweet, and the boys would love to meet her." I say.

"Oh, alright. Thank you so much!" She says. I smile.

"Great! Be at the arena in half an hour? And tell the guards Sally's name, I will tell them who you are," I smile.

"Okay, once again, thank you!" She says.

Sally runs to me, giving me a huge hug and saying,

"I'll see you soon!"

Then running off with her mum. I smile. It's nice knowing I just made someone's day that much better.

When I get back, I ask Paul to let all the security guards know that Sally Evans is allowed in, and to send them to me. I'm really excited.

"You guys have to be super nice, and interactive with her, okay?" I say to the boys as they get their hair and make-up done.

"Don't worry, we love little kids!" Says Niall, a huge smile on his face.

Paul pokes his head through the door.

"Emma? Sally is here with her mum," He says.

"Okay, I'll be right out!" I say, smiling.

When I walk out and spot Sally in a beautiful pink and black polka dot dress and her hair curled in cute brown ringlets.

"Come on through!" I say, motioning for her to follow.

When we walk in Sally gasps, and covers her mouth with her hands.

"You must be Sally! Hello, love!" Says Louis, picking her up in a hug and spinning her around. She giggles.

All the boys hug her and say stuff.

When Harry is hugging her I hear him whisper,

"You know, I just might have to replace my best friend with you!"

"Hey! I heard that," I say, and pretend to sulk.

"Oh, Em! You're my food-loving buddy!" Niall says, running over and hugging me.

"Thanks Nialler!" I say, hugging him back.

"Okay, well we have to go get ready to perform, so why don't you two go and sit in the front row, and we'll see you after the show!" Says Zayn.

"Okay, come on Emma!" Says Sally, dragging me out the door.

I wagged on Friday :) Jokes, I had a dentist appointment at like, 11:15 so I just didn't go the rest of the day! So this is like a long weekend for me! Whoop whoop! ^.^
