I wake up to the sun shining in the hotel room. I place my hands over my face to block out the sun.
Ethan's still asleep with next to me. His sandy blonde hair is stuck to his face. He Mumbles. "Stop staring."
I laugh. "No," I pause for a second before saying. "I like the way you look this morning."
He opens his eyes. "It's creepy when you stare."
I shake my head. "It's romantic."
He leans over me and whispers. "You need to get changed. I want to take you out for breakfast. Wear something sexy." He kisses my cheek. He pulls the blanket off and rises. He walks to the bathroom and I see him in his birthday suit.
I lick my lips.
Ethan turns towards me. "If you keep that we won't be leaving the hotel room."
That's the plan.
He slams the bathroom door and I hear the shower turn on.
I climb out of bed and walk over to my suitcase. I pull out a pair of black matching underwear and a short black dress. I put them on and then I slip my feet into a pair of black ballet flats. I sit on the bed and wait for Ethan.
He exits the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist. He walks over to cupboard and pulls out black pants, a white shirt, black jacket and black tie. Ethan quickly changes and then he grabs my hand and closes the door to our hotel room. "I don't want to stay in their all day. I want to a stroll on the beach with you after breakfast."
At the restaurant we're shown to our table that's on the veranda. It overlooks the beach and it's a beautiful view. The sun is bright, so I put my sunglasses on. There's not a single cloud in the sky and the sun is warm.
I pick up the menu and have a look at the things that they make. "What are you going to have, Ethan?"
He shrugs. "Everything looks good here, but I'm thinking the omelette looks good. What are you getting?"
"Pancakes. I love the way I make it them. So, I was wondering what an actual restaurants one would taste like."
He smiles. "If you can't eat it all I'll take some from your plate."
I shake my head. "You eat heaps. Yet it doesn't make you put weight on."
Ethan laughs. "I could say the same about you, but we both know you work out like I do. Do you want to check out the gym later?"
"Sure, I really could go for a work out other than the one we do in the bed." I wink at him. "I'm starving."
The waitress stops next to me. "Can I take your order?"
"I'll have the pancakes with a white tea and orange juice." I close the menu and set it on the table.
Ethan orders his breakfast and places his menu on top of mine.
The waitress picks up the menus and she takes them away with her when she leaves. She places the order at the kitchen.
Ethan holds my hand and he looks into my brown eyes. "I got you a Honeymoon present." he pulls an envelope out of his pocket.
I take it from him and I open it. Inside is four tickets to Paris. I look at him. "Are you serious?"
Ethan nods. "We're taking the girls in three months for their first overseas trip."
I look at him. "We need to get a passport sorted out for them. I need to look for their birth certificate."
He squeezes my hand. "We'll sort it all out when we get home."
