(20) The Cookout pt 2

Nya's POV

Everyone started to come around 4:00pm. Dani and Emily showed up hand and hand. They both looked they were glowing. I winked at Emily and continued to greet the guest. "Where's my homie at" I heard a voice say. I turned around to see D coming my way. "Hey D I'm glad you can make it." I smiled and gave her a friendly hug. "I'm glad I came too. "About five minutes went by and we had over 30 people here.

"Can i have everyone's attention please." Shay said causing all of us to look over in her direction. "I'm just wanted to give a little speech to my beautiful Fiancé. " I looked down and waited for her to continue. " Nya I have always wanted to be with you when we were in high school but I was afraid. You are my best friend and I thought that would get weird. But that night we kissed for the first time I couldn't get you out of my head." I started to tear up. "From the first time I laid my eyes on your perfect body and felt your perfect body I didn't know how to feel. All my pain was gone and I appreciate you. Nya thank you for making me the happiest person on the planet. " Shay finished her speech and everyone clapped. I ran up to her and gave a passionate kiss. "Baby I am not going anywhere."

I heard my phone started to ring. I looked at the caller ID and excused myself from the crowd.
"Ny I'm out front." They said.  "Iight here I come." I hung up the phone and went back to everyone. "Guys I hope you don't mind I invited a very good friend of mine to meet yall." Everyone smiled and nodded. I ran to the front to get my special guest. "Damn Nya look at you looking a sexy and shit." I blushed and looked down. Some reason they still made me blush. "Hey Kat you not looking bad yourself." She licked her lips and looked at me.  "Don't be a stranger give me some love." She said to me while leaning in to hug me. Just like old times. She squeezed my butt while holding me. "Shit." She said as she let go of me. "What happened?" I looked kind of confused. "You was getting it fat for daddy i see." I rolled my eyes. "You're the one who said you wanted to breakup. Now let's go you're here to surprise my Fiancé. " She nodded and slapped my butt one more time. We walked to the backyard and I called Shay over. "Baby I have a surprise for you." I said she walked over to me and waited. "I brought my friend out here to make your day so Kat or as you know her as Young M.A this is Shay." Shay's face lit up and she fainted. "Damn" Kat said to me. Once we got Shay to come too I told her the rest of the plan. "You and Kat are going to go and chill for a little so you guys can be comfortable with eachother." She nodded. She was still speechless. "Thank you baby." She said to me I kissed her lips and smiled. "Go have fun." She nodded. I gave Kat a hug. "Don't say no dumb shit." She laughed. "Maybe I can hit it one last time before you say I do." She said while pulling me into a hug. "You weren't ready then so what makes you think you can handle  me now." I whispered in her ear. "Let's test that logic." She lifted my chin and went with Shay. I watched them get into Shay's car and drive off. I went back to my cookout and talked to the girls about my party.
