Call gone wrong

Gabby's Pov
Today I was a back up paramedic for Shay since she wasn't feeling good.
It was 5:00 in the evening and we hadn't had many calls. I was in the back of the ambo with Sylvie when Michael walked in with Andy. I grabbed Andrew as he gave me a kids on my lips. We walked in the common room together and I introduced everyone to him.
8:00 at night
Severide's Pov
1346 Brunswick Road
All the guys got up and ran to there trucks. When we got there this woman said that her son and daughter were upstairs Casey and I put on our gear and ran upstairs.
We found the last room upstairs Casey kicked the door open. Casey and I both jumped down as the flames raced out door. Casey kept moving on the floor until he saw both kids under the bed. Casey grabbed the girl and I grabbed the boy Casey was half way down the stairs when the stairs crashed down. I looked over the railing and saw two motionless bodies.
Severide: Chief we have a problem the stairs collapsed and Casey is on the first floor with the girl unconscious and I'm stuck on the second floor. When my men came in they helped me and the girl come down and others helped Casey.
When he was put on the gurney. Gabby and Sylvie took his mask off and started compressions.
The little girl was placed on another gurney.
