~Chapter 7: Payton and I again?~

Amanda's POV

I woke up on the floor. Wait. Why am I on the floor? I looked around. I saw someone in my bed. Then I remember what happened last night.

"Kelly?!" I whispered. I heard her groan. She must be tried. I crawled over towards the side of the bed. The smell of alcohol was radiating off her.

"Morning." She groaned with a weak smile.

"Good morning." I responded and got up. I walked towards the bathroom to take a shower so I could get out of this stupid dress.

I walked out of the shower and changed into some comfy clothes. I read the clock(6am). School starts at 7:30.

"Ahhh!" I shrieked at what I just saw. It was Payton. He was sleeping on the chair in my room. How did I not notice him? How long was he here?

"Morning princess..." Payton mumbled while looking up. A smile played on his lips. I couldn't hold my anger in so I slapped him across the face.

"Fuck off!" I yelled. His hand caressed his cheek where I slapped him.

"God Princess. No need to be violent." He said while he got up. He started to move closer. I backed away. I noticed that I left a mark on his face, yet he still looked incredibly handsome.

He ran his hand through his already messed up hair. He pinned me against the wall. Our bodies were centimeters apart. I gulped.

"You really think I would leave you?" He asked while looking me up and down.

"No. But the only reason you like me is because my body. Also the fact that you want to 'f' me and leave me, just like everyone else." I explained with a tear rolling down my cheek. He wiped my tear off my face with his thumb.

"Well, I changed. You're different. You mean so much to me." He responded with a serious tone.

"Prove it!" I almost screamed. My eyes stinging. Before I knew it he kissed me. I was shocked but kissed back, not realizing how much I missed his soft lips. Wait. I have a boyfriend. I pulled away.

He was silent for a moment.

"Why don't I drive you and Kelly to school? How do you think of that Manda?" He asked. What???!!! He gave me a nickname??? Now I'm dying.

"Umm. I'll hold back on that. Just because I have a boyfriend." I explained making sure he heard boyfriend. I could tell he was growing anger.

"Aiden doesn't love you. Heck, he doesn't even care about you. He steals all my girlfriends, especially the special ones like you," he frowned and looked up at me. I could tell he was hurt.

"What was her name?" I asked.

"Victoria, she was one of my girlfriends and so was Lily." He looked down at his feet and backed away.

"What happened?" I asked and moved closer to him.

"We were at a party. My friend Derek to be exact. He held a party and everyone was drunk. All except Aiden. He was the only one not drinking because he was a designated driver. He took Victoria from me and she ran off with him. I caught them in the bathroom. She was completely naked." He sighed.

"Oh my god that's horrible." I looked up at him.

"The same thing happened to Lily. He hates me because I always beat him in soccer no matter what so he lashes back at me by stealing my girlfriends. That's why I gave up and decided just to not get in a relationship but just 'f' up girls." He said almost crying too.

"Well let's get to school. I'll go get Kelly." I turned around and Kelly was not there. "Wait, where is Kelly?!" I yelled.

"I think she's in the shower..." Payton said. Obviously he was right because Kelly came out of the bathroom and she was wearing new clothes.

"Hello you two!" She said cheerfully.

"Hi!" We both said. I looked over and saw what she was looking at. I didn't realize how close Payton and I were. His hands were on my waist and my hands were on his shoulders.

"Oh sorry!" I blushed and we both backed away.

"Shall we go to school???" Kelly asked.

"Um yeah! Just grab an energy bar on your way out." I said. She went downstairs.

"So... are you going to break up with Aiden?" Payton questioned.

"I don't know. I'm so confused. Do I just say that we are done? I don't know what to do." I responded. His brows furrowed as if they were looking for the answer unstead of his brain.

"Just follow me. I got this handled..." He smirked. A pit grew in my stomach.

I parked my car in the usual spot.

"Bye Amanda! Thanks for driving me and taking me in!" Kelly said as she walked away from the car.

"No problem!" I yelled back and I looked at Payton. He winked as a smile started to grow.

"You ready Manda?" He asked. He used my nickname! I blushed.

"Yes!" I said. We both stepped out of the car. I locked it and Payton walked over to me. Our fingers intertwined as we walked into the building both of us played a smile on our lips and we did our role;

"Oh Payton, Aiden was such a bad choice. Aiden has been lying to me the whole time." I exclaimed as I fluttered my eyes at him.

"I know honey, I warned you. But I'm glad you're not hurt. You're with me now." He smiled and brought me into a hug and kissed my forehead.

We both looked up to find Aiden looking us. His eye was twitching and he dropped his books in disbelief.

"What the actual fuck? Amanda what's going on?" He yelled. His face was growing red. He was full of anger and hate.

"Tell him babe." I said as I put my hand on his muscular chest and fluttered my eyes at him.

"She didn't want a loser for a boyfriend." He said. It was silent between all of us.

"Fuck off Amanda." He said as he picked up his books and ran away. When he was around the corner Payton high fived me and we laughed.

"The looked on his face!" I laughed.

"Yeah I know!" Payton said almost landing on the floor because of all his laughter.

"I need to get to class..." I said as the bell rang.

"I'll walk you. Don't  worry. I won't be late to my class." He explained as he grabbed my hand and headed towards the biology room.

"Are you going to walk in?" I asked.

"Are you okay with me walking in?" He asked.

"Nah, I don't want to make you late." I said.

"Ok Manda whatever you say..." He winked and kissed me. He walked away leaving me blushing.

I'm glad he cares.
