It had been a few weeks since Jade saved Perrie from her kidnapper. The kidnapper was arrested and will face a lawsuit soon. Of course Perrie won't be there, but Jade made sure that she had the best lawyer possible to get that asshole as far away from her as possible.
To say that Jade was worried about the blonde was the least you could say. She hadn't left her side at all, she talked to her coach and he was really supportive of her telling her that she could take all the time off she needed to take care of the blonde.
He, as well as the rest of the world, which means the media, her management and most importantly her fans were worried sick about her. Nobody really knew what was up with her, they only figured that something must have happened when there weren't any new reports on her and when there were reports about her girlfriend's weird behaviour, soon after her last few concerts of her european tour were cancelled, which was extremely odd of her to do since she never missed concerts or cancelled them, so there they assumed that something was up.
Her management only told people that it was a hard time for her at the moment and that she was going to take a bit of a rest to recollect herself and be back for her fans as soon as possible. This of course lead to loads of speculations of what might be the reason for this sudden break. Some thought some of her relative died, some thought that she was addicted to something and in rehab and others thought that she was assaulted in some way.
Jade hated seeing these rumours spread all the time, every day they seemed to get more of them, every day they got less believable, but the people didn't know. Sometimes Jade wished she could just tell people what happened, but she knows that if she did so everyone would rush to be the first to get answers out of Perrie to get more details of her case. And she couldn't do this to her.
Her girlfriend had been distant and she hated it. Sometimes she'd try to hug her or cuddle her in and she'd flinch, causing Jade to sigh and being reminded to the day she saved her blonde from that creep. She had noticed that Perrie tried her hardest to forget about the way it felt to be touched by him and how it felt when he had raped her. But she couldn't and she knew that it would take a long time to get over it, as did Jade, but she was willing to work through it with Perrie.
Speaking of the blonde she was currently laying in bed, just staring at the ceiling, a habit she had picked up from when she was locked up in the celler. She thought about everything and anything. Her thoughts often were filled with Jade and her feeling like she let her fans down, but whenever Jade would notice this she'd assure her that they still loved her and showed her a couple of lovely tweets. Of course Jade wouldn't let her see the hate or the many ones that questioned where she was, she would skip the channels where they'd wonder where she is and get rid of the newspapers without the blonde noticing.
This wasn't really hard to do since the singer seemed to be in her own bubble most of the time, she wouldn't really pay attention to lots of things. The only thing she payed attention to was Jade.
She loved being back with her fiance and even if she did flinch at times because she was reminded of how he touched her. Perrie could feel the difference but she was still sensitive and every wrong move could make her want to cry curled up in a corner. Jade had witnessed this on a few occasions but now she knew how to cope with it and was able to comfort Perrie rather quickly.
"Babes you should go get ready or we'll be late for your therapy session" Jade's voice boomed through their flat. The blonde shot up and was next to her fiance in an instant.
She hated attending these sessions, she felt like this weird woman with the over sized glasses and snarky glare. She hated the way the therapist's eyes would follow her every move and to her it was always a judgemental look. But she knew that it helped her in some way. She knew that she had to become better for Jade, she knew she needed this. Plus whenever Perrie would leave the session Jade would be here and wait with something Perrie loved.
