It had been about 3 months since Jade had injured her knee and she felt miserable. Perrie had to leave her without wanting to of course. Her management was pleased with the end result of her album and now she had to promote it all around the world. If she could she would have brought Jade but the footballer's injury wasn't healing all too well and she had to attend regular meetings with her physiotherapist.

But once she was at home all alone in Perrie's and her flat she couldn't help but let dark thoughts cloud her mind. These turned out to be really diverse though as they included her doubts of coming back stronger, her losing her job permanently, feeling weak and her jealousy of all those people that got to see her fiancé.

Said fiancé had made sure to contact her as often as she could and tried to persuade her management to let her see Jade again that's why she could stop by every now and then and try and make up the time she had lost with her love.

The footballer didn't blame the blonde in the slightest in fact she loved how thoughtful she was by sending her gifts and making sure that people would visit her regularly.

Of course the blonde knew that Jade would have drowned in her own thoughts if not. Especially now that she had perfectly planned their upcoming wedding which would take place in spring of the next year.

Being the perfectionist she is Jade made sure to even plan the colour of the bridesmaids' hair clippers. Unfortunately it didn't take the footballer quite as long as she would have liked to take with the planning. At times she would stay up all night figuring out which colour scheme should be used for the flower bouquets only to change it once again the next day.

But now that that's finished she couldn't help but feel useless. Her mam had came down to take care of her and keep her company which was great for the brunette due to the quality mother daughter time and the fact that she wasn't reminded of all the consequences of her injury.

But when she went back home yesterday Jade really realised what had happened for the first time. She won't be able to walk for a few more months let alone playing football. Someone would come and replace her, someone better and younger and more popular with the fans.

The fans. The footballer realised that she hadn't properly talked to them in months or told them what happened to her. But then again someone must have done that already. That's if they cared enough.

She can't let all her achieved dreams let go so easily. She needs to make steps into the right direction.

So she decided to indeed take a big step. Jade put her healthy foot onto the ground before moving her injured one slowly trying to prevent the pain from shooting through her. But once her injured foot was angled shots of pain made her hiss and sit back down fastly.

Jade was waiting for Leigh Anne and Jesy to join her only now realising how much time these two have spent since they have first met. It's as if they were best friends now.

What the footballer didn't know was that Perrie had told her how they have gone on a few dates and enjoyed themselves quite a lot. In the moment the singer told the brunette she simply wasn't paying attention as she was too busy getting lost into her fiancé's eyes and wondering how she got so lucky.

But the longer she waited the more she thought about her knee. Her thoughts told her yet again that her team wouldn't even miss her even though they have sent her a get well soon card.

She replayed her every step she took in that training session and once she got to the fall something odd occurred her.

Nora had been tackling her more than normally. She seemed to be really aggressive but only towards Jade. And once Jade felt immense pain after one of Nora's tacklings the American was the first one to volunteer to go to the hospital with her. She had also told her numerous times that she'd do everything so that Perrie would join them soon.
