It's around 9 o'clock and Paula has sneaked into Jade's bedroom once again. Jade had asked her to wake her up if she wouldn't respond to any of her texts until 9 the day before and that's exactly what she was doing. She had spent yesterday with the loved up couple, getting to know her friend's girlfriend more and all she could tell was she was absolutely lovely. It had been so surreal for her to meet the one singer she's been obsessed with for months now, they are actually friends now and Paula couldn't be happier about it.
Another reason why she's so fond of the blonde was the wide smile she managed to bring onto her team mates face. She's never seen Jade so happy and loved up and she couldn't be happier about it. The time before Paula found out about Perrie, she always thought she was pretty sad, not having anyone and for some strange reason she never tried to change the fact. So knowing why she she didn't make a move on anyone and why she looked sad at a lot of times, she wished for the blonde to stay with Jade in Manchester forever.
Sadly she knew her wishes weren't realistic in the slightest since the blonde told about her radio tour in Europe, which would start next week, with so much joy and excitement. And for some odd reason Jade's smile grew even bigger once she heard her girlfriend talk about something that would separate them once again.
Paula, being the curious person she is, asked about it once Perrie left to take a phone call. And the brunette only told her how insanely proud she was, she knew what it meant for their relationship, but as long as Perrie was happy she's happy as well. Paula then knew that something like true love still existed, or Jade was just out of her mind, but she thought the first one was more likely.
Paula remembered the game, Jade and her had today. Knowing this was why she had to wake her friend, who was currently asleep with her girlfriend in her arms, both of them smiling slightly and Paula knew she had to be careful with waking them up, seeing Jade's bum peek from under the covers. She could only guess what the two have been up to after she left their flat yesterday.
Paula covered her friend's bum with the covers, not wanting her to be sick or something. Shortly after she shook the brunette's shoulders softly, whispering, "Get up Jade" repeatedly. Fortunately Jade woke up soon after, rubbing her eyes and jumping slightly once she noticed the ginger haired girl standing in front of her.
"What are you doing here?" Jade asked, her voice rough and her eyes still trying to adjust to the sudden lightness of her room.
"You asked me to wake you, we're ready to kick City's ass today, remember?" Paula told her, reminding her friend of today's game against their biggest rivals.
"Yeah right, thanks, I'll wake Pez. Could you..maybe wait outside?" Jade asked, while flushing, once her friend gave her a knowing look, still nodding anyways and leaving the room.
Jade had successfully woken up Perrie, getting her to get dressed as well. Minutes later they sat in the kitchen having breakfast with Paula.
Jade couldn't help but grin watching her girlfriend taking slow bites, to her she looked adorable, her eyes only opened to a half and her head resting on Jade's shoulder.
Jade missed this. She missed the sleepy side of the blonde, the delirious one, the tired one, she just missed the blonde and all of her habits.
There was a point where she thought all of this was useless. She thought about the pain she had when she wasn't with the blonde, the times she craved to hear her voice but whenever she tried to call she was either asleep, in a plane going to some place on the other side of the world or too busy to answer. But now that she had the blonde with her again and she felt all loved up by her she knew it was all worth it. She wouldn't change anything I'm the world for this.
