*(Y/N)'s POV*
That night Suho Oppa's guards came into my bedroom.
"Princess," Lay starts.
"Yes?"
"May we have a talk with you?" Xiumin asks.
"You may."
"We firstly would like to apologize for not granting your wish that you asked before we left." D.O says.
"We did mean for any of this to happen." Chen says.
"I request that you four explain yourselves." I say.
"We were in the middle of the war. Doing as told, us along with Prince Suho, were trying our best to fight while protecting the village where the war was taking place. We fought and we fought, but then we heard a scream coming from a house that was set on fire. Suho went to the house before any of us could say anything, and because the fire was not so bad, we just hoped that he would make it. When suddenly we heard an explosion, it was from the same house. We all wanted to go in and find your brother, but they would not let us, knowing how high the death risks were. The next day, they told us that could not find his body, they say that he might have burnt to crisp, or the enemies could have taken it." Chen explains as a tear falls down my face.
"We are sorry, Princess," Xiumin says.
"And we are requesting a great punishment." Lay finishes.
"I cannot punish those who have done what they have been told." I finally spoke up.
"But we-"
"I asked you to protect my brother, yes; however, I also asked that you to protect yourselves."
"Although I am still suffering with pain, I know that my brother is in a better place, and that he has passed away with great honour." I add.
"Do not feel guilty when it is not your fault, we all saw this coming, but ignored it by being selfish." I say.
"What happens now then, Princess?" D.O asks.
"That is what I have been wondering as well."
