It was starting to become sundown and mom called everyone inside to eat dinner. Everyone was grouped around Hauska except for of course Kova. Kova grumply followed behind everyone as they all filed in. Hauska sat down right next to me which took Kova's spot at the food. We have a system on who sits where, mom sits at the head, I sit by the front leg Kova next to me, ujo and rujo sit across from us, and Innoissaan has the back end all to herself. But with Hauska here, he can sit wherever he wants. Which for some reason was exactly by me.
Kovas eyes widened as he saw who took his spot. He sighed and sat next to Innoissaan,"finally a supper mate!" She said as he sat down.He grumbled a little and stared Hauska down the entire time we ate.Hauska leaned over to me and whispered," hey want to hear a story?" I swallowed and said sure." So me and Henki were out fishing In a really big river right? A HUGE trout jumped out of the water and smacked me right in the face! I fell face first into the river. And that's how I learned I don't like fishing!" He added a wink and looked straight at Kova as I snorted and laughed quietly. I looked over just as Kova picked up a bone and snapped it in his teeth. Hauska's eyes widened a little and he slowly turned his head back to the deer.
We then ate in silence for what seemed like forever until(not surprisingly) Kova broke it," So uh...Hauska? How did you end up in our cave?" He stated as he narrowed his eyes. Under his breath,Hauska whispered," looking for a moron to pummel." I whacked him with my tail, he grunted and told his whole story.
Short chapter...hehe no one reads it anyway *shrugs and walks into door*
