"Blue cookies." My eyes flew open and I sat up, looking around in anticipation. I pouted when I realized Annabeth and Thalia just couldn't wake me up. "No fair guys! I was actually really hungry that time." They laughed at my distress, sitting on the edge of my water-decorated bed. I gave them both my wolf glare and they shut up real quick. I smirked. "So..... What did you both deem fit to wake me up for? I'm positive that it's not actually blue cookies." Thalia chuckled lightly, but then became serious. "You're going to fill us in on last night, and then we're going to have a fun time with you." The way she said 'with you' didn't make me feel like it was a good thing. Now I know what dolls feel like when they are used for something against their will. I'm sorry Barbie.

Annabeth pulled me out of my bed and dragged me over to my couch. I'm not a morning person, you should know that by now. "Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? I don't wannnnnnaaaaaaaaaaaaa." I moaned. "Because we want to know, now spill." I moaned some more, but finally gave in. "Fine..... I don't think anyone wants to hear a rewrite of what was in the last chap, but if you do, just go read it again. 😇😈 Now, I'm going to eat breakfast." I left Annabeth and Thalia opened mouthed and dazed in my living room while I walked to the kitchen to make some blue pancakes.

I quickly whipped enough up for a small army (which is what the demigod camp is) and happily sat down with half of them. Annabeth and Thalia came in, mouthed closed, but eyes still wide. They looked at me like I was crazy and then saw the pancakes. Annabeth scrambled over while Thalia just jumped over the table to get them. Only a quarter was left of them for Annabeth. I snickered while Annabeth face an indignant shout to Thals. "Oh shut your trap Annie. We both have powers, you just use your brain." I nodded my head, mouth full of blue pancake. Annie was about to argue, but at seeing Thalia's glare, stopped her commentary and ate like there was no tomorrow.

"Did I ever mention how good your pancakes are, Percy?" I snickered. "Yeah. I'm pretty sure you say it twice every time I make them." Thals rolls her eyes and Annabeth lightly smacked her on the back of the head. "That's right, because they are amazing!" I roll my eyes as well and drip my plate off in the sink, to wash later. I was a fast eater, and always finished before everyone else.

"Ok... So what did you guys wanna do 'with me'." I finger quoted my last two words, coating them in thick layers of sarcasm to let them know I was in on their schist. Annie scratched the back of her neck nervously, but Thals just had a determined look in her eyes. "We are setting you up on blind dates. Now, go get ready!" I stood frozen for exactly two seconds before I started for the door.

Before I could even make it two steps, Thals was on me. "Did you really think we wouldn't expect you to run? Seriously?" I sighed, slipped out of her headlock, and trudged to my room. Once I got to my bathroom, to presumably 'get ready', I jumped out the window, vapor traveling away. The last thing I heard was cussing before I completely vanished.

As I reappeared on one of the shores of NYC, I was confused as to why I was here. Usually, if I don't have a certain place in mind, but to just slip away, I let the currents pull me, but they always brought me to a place that I knew. I did not know this place. I looked out, onto the horizon, only to see a black spot, flying slowly away from an island and out to the sea. Now, normally I would leave that alone, but this air craft was smoking and had a huge bulge on the back, as if it was carrying something it shouldn't.

Third POV

Being the curious girl that she was, and having nothing better to do, she jumped in the water and had it propel her to near the flying, now registered as, vehicle. She looked on in horror when she saw the huge bomb-ish looking thing attached to the back, counting down the numbers. 28, 27, 26.... She needed to see if anyone was inside. Not caring about giving away her secret, Percy flew up to right next to the window and calmly stared at the man next to her in a black suit. He was intently watching the sky and she could see the slight glint of tears through his mask. She gently knocked on the window as to not frighten him too badly. He slowly turned his head after checking the screen to make sure it wasn't some missile or evil robot and stared at her, his eyes unemotional. Well, almost. He was internally surprised by what he was seeing. They stared at each other until Percy waved, smiling slightly, nervous on the inside at the ticking clock. She touched her wrist to symbolize the time and pointed to the window. Thinking it through, Brice knew he was going to die anyway, so he rolled down the window. "Yes?" He said, making his voice deeper than it normally would. "Do you think you could climb out of there and with me in the next ten seconds or so, so we can not be blown up? 'Cuz I can see that you know what you're doing, but don't wanna die. And I don't wanna die either." He looked over her critically, not detecting any signs of lying. He slowly nodded his head and quickly grabbed his gear from around his precious bat mobile. He downloaded all of the information and systems into his watch/drive for safe keeping if he made it out of this alive. He quickly jammed a batrang into the pedal to keep the vehicle moving forward and one into the steering wheel to keep it safe. He pushed down his pride and climbed into the arms of the woman, just as the bomb gave a slight hissing sound, giving away its secret. Hearing this, Percy quickly threw all of her concentration into making a bubble surround her and the masked man as the bomb hit zero.

Batman was surprised when he saw the water rushing around him and immediately held his breath. Of course, he lost it when he bubble was thrown backwards by the force of the explosion. Percy was shaking, sweating, and hyperventilating, even with the boost of being in her element.

As soon as all of the debris and poisonous gas was dissipated into the air, she released the bubble and made sure the man stayed above water as she floated, trying to regain her strength. Slowly, Bruce opened his eyes, only to see Gotham completely safe on the shore before him. It took him moments to get over his shock and assess his situation. To him, a water mutant had just saved his sorry backside and was now almost drained in the water, but he could tell that she was keeping them afloat as well. He tried to swim over to her, but he couldn't move. He started struggling, because he was trapped, bats don't like to be trapped.

Sensing his movement, Percy tried to speak. "Sir.... You are... fine. I am holding... you up. Do not fret... I am no threat to you." Percy knew he would not accept her words until it was proven to him, but she was trying to save his sorry butt. Bruce knew what the current situation was, so he stayed still and allowed her to hold him in the water. "What are you? Why did you help me?" Percy chuckled lightly. "I saw you... And I believed that you needed saving. Is there something wrong with that?" She was looking at him now, curious. His jaw hardened. "No, but I believe that you were not just doing that for the hell of it. Why were you here? And how did you know I was not an enemy?" Now since Percy was good enough to stand, she floated over to the mysterious man. "Who are you?" Bruce looked at the girl incredulously. "Why did you save me if you did not know me?" Percy shook her head. "Who are you?" He sighed. "Batman." Percy smirked at this, the information clicking in her head. "Well, Batman, pleasure to meet you. I'll meet you and Robin in your cave later. Oh, and the name's Seabird." Percy vapor traveled out, vaporizing Batman to his cave as she went.
