As the click of the door shut someone sneezed. I looked away from my conversation to the direction. She had long brown hair with small curls. But when she finally turned to go witch ever way she is heading I caught sight of her green eyes. She was in my English, there was something off though. Her clothes fit looser then days before break and her face looked a tiny bit slimmer. And her eyes were not as bright as I remember.
"Do you think I should?"
"What sorry?" I asked rejoining my original conversation.
"My mom it's her birthday this weekend, do you think I should get her flowers or a gift card?"
"Flowers" I said just as last bell rang for first class, "with a card. Like just a birthday card."
He saluted me a goodbye as we parted our ways to different classes. My first was English, and I was going to do something different.
As I entered the classroom sitting opposite from everyone else and alone at a table for three I made my way over with confidence. I was getting some odd stares as I think a few people picked up on what I was doing but I ignored them easily.
Without a word I took the seat on the edge leaving the chair in the middle currently occupied with her bag alone. "Hey green eyes" I said.
Slowly her head turned my direction. Just by the quick glance I could see how tired her eyes were. "Sorry" she mumbled quickly collecting her things and moving up three tables directly in the front row.
I would have followed but that might have been creepy. She looked very uncomfortable too, maybe I will just let it be for today.
Green eyes this isn't the last time you will be seeing me.

"Dude" my friend repeated for the fifth time as I took a large bite of pizza.
I raised a brow.
"I still can't believe you did this" he chuckled joining the rest of us in taking a piece of pizza.
Throughout elementary my mom would always send me with pizza, my favourite, on Mondays to make the most hated day of the week better. Well that tradition started as middle school came along so I figured to start it up again.
We sat in silence enjoying the meat lovers medium size pizza. Although the group of us were silent noise and commotion filled the room around us leaving it comfortable.
Felling full from my last, third, slice I laid back folding my hands over my now tiny bit bloated stomach. "What are you thinking about?" the same friend whom had a dispute with what to get his own mom for her birthday asked.
"This girl" I started and the boys all smirked.
"Big man got a crush" one laughed. Slowly we all started to laugh.
"Not a crush" I defended, "It's something about her" I shook my head not wanting to spill everything I know about her; the little information I know.
"Sure" they laughed.
