I have noticed that we lack diversity on Fanfictions. So I will encourage you to talk about not only USA girls but also about French, Indian, Venezuelan, Spanish girls or boys. I think that a good fanfic should have a diverse cultural characters. By writing about other cultures, you will also create awareness of other cultures. If you write about culture or religion, you should research about that culture or religion. It does not only benefits your learning but also shows how dedicated you are to other cultures.
