I have been on Wattpad for 3 years. I have not been part of any drama, but I have seen it happen. So, staying out of drama is an excellent thing. Be nice to others and always defend your friends. If you want to argue, then do it on PM so that's it private and that you don't cause any drama.
Also, be mindful of what you post or say. Think before you speak. Be mindful of other people's feelings. Don't go commenting mean things on people's book or on their profile or anywhere. Keep the negativity away from this writer's community. Be peaceful and spread positivity.
