Love letter~(completed)

It was alWays her who confessed

As soon as Marinette was out of her serious character she broke down. She fell to the ground in her room.

She could barely breath. Her guardian tried all she could to calm her down.
She patted her head lovingly as Marinette shivered.

"It was always him." Marinette whispered to herself.

Tikki wide eyed flew down to her eye level. "Isn't that a good thing? Finally you two can be together!"

Marinette stared at the tiny creature in front of her. "I can't make him happy."

After a sleepless night of tossing and turning Adrien made it to school. He tried extra hard. He looked like as if he just came from a shoot.

He was extra shining today. The girls couldn't help but stare, even some guys were into the eye candy.

He had an adorable smile on his face. With pink cheeks he looked like an excited child.

No one has ever seen him so excited and so amazing before.

"You're too shiny today. What's up?" Nino slid beside him. Adrien hummed lightly. "Love Nino, I'm finally with my first love."

Nino smiled widely. "Congratulation!" He numbed his shoulder with his fist. "Who's the lucky lady? Why haven't I heard about this?" He crossed his arms faking a hurt look.

"I'm sorry I was just too excited and forgot about everything. I don't even know if I properly asked her out. I was just so shocked and happy and I-!"

His friend put his hands on his shoulder. "Dude, calm down. You don't know if you even asked her out?"

Adrien turned bright red. "I made a mess of myself. It's all just a blur Nino."

Nino sighed and patted him on the back. "Just have a talk with her. You did prepare yourself right? After embarrassing yourself, as you say."

Adrien nodded energetically. "I even wrote up of some topics to talk about so it never gets awkward! And places we can go to."

Nino laughed. "You don't need to try so hard. Just be yourself." Adrien smiled. "Thanks I needed that."

Adrien's gaze turned to the doorway as soon as he noticed blue hair. There she was. He stomachs turned knots and his heart raced.

But she also felt those symptoms, but not for the same bubbly feeling. She noticed him staring at her and immediately looked away.

Adrien stared at her eyes wide. Nino watched the whole thing. He looked over at a confused and terrified Adrien then to a worried and scared Marinette.

Nino grabbed Adrien and pulled him close. "What's up with her? Did she hear? Is she mad?"

"No," he said. "She is the girl." Adrien said not daring to look away from her.

"What? Didn't you reject her?"

"I didn't reject her, she never gave me the chance." Adrien answered slightly showing how upset he was.

Nino stared at his friend then back at her. She smiled when her classmates spoke to her but she didn't seem as chipper as usual.

She trembled and quickly pulled herself away from them to go to her seat. She didn't turn backwards once to look at him secretly like she usually does.

Adrien couldn't understand why she was acting like this? She liked both Chat and Adrien. So why? Had he said something to make her upset?

Maybe not answering her after her confession upset her?

She had always been the one to confess. That she loved him. That she loved Chat. Her biggest secret, that she was Marinette.

Never once had he confessed.

He looked over at her once again to find she was looking back at him. Her face turned bright red. She quickly turned and just as quick Adrien's face also blushed.

She didn't truly understand his feelings for her. And he was going to change that.

After school he grabbed her arm before she had a chance to escape. She jumped at the sudden realization of who it was.

The class immediately noticed and tuned in. Adrien grabbing Marinette? Where was this going?

"I need to talk to you."

Marinette's eyes were full of different emotions. He couldn't read them all. She shook her head.

"You can't run away from me. If I can't speak to you as Adrien il speak to you as-"

Marinette quickly covered his mouth. She avoided the curious looks from her classmates. Raised questions which couldn't be asked or answered.

"A-alright, let's go. Just don't say anything else." She sighed as she pulled her hands away. She blushed when he grabbed them and pressed them back against his lips.
