Cal's POV
Her hair was drenched from the rain, she looked at me innocently twiddling her thumbs as her lips trembled trying to say something. Yet nothing, no words escaped her lips, she grabbed hold of my face pulling me closer to her before pressing her lips against mine, the tobacco still fresh on her lips.
My hand made its way around her waist pulling her closer, closing the door and lifting her up so her legs wrapped around my body. She was back, hopefully for good.
Elise's POV
I woke up with my head resting on Cal's chest who was already awake lighting a cigarette that was loosely placed in between his lips. His room always smelt like smoke and there was no mystery why that was.
Getting with Cal wasn't what I planned or what I wanted, I wanted Simon back but that didn't look like it was happening anytime soon. "Did you look through the brown envelope?" Cal spoke calmly as the smoke blew out of his mouth as he spoke, I took the cigarette from his lips taking a drag from it before blowing it back out again "No, but you can tell me anyway." I flicked the ash into the ashtray beside Cal taking another drag. "You'll be working with a group of guys, they call themselves something like 'The Sidemen' you'll go into a bank, hold people hostage, take the money and leave. one of their guys, he's a smart lad, he'll guide you in and out." Cal took his cigarette back from me.
The Sidemen. It was just my luck to be partnered up with Jorja and her boyfriend, all the others and worst of all Simon. Maybe it was my chance to see him and try again talking to him. "You'll meet them not far from the bank, get ready then go for it, tomorrow." He spoke as if it was nothing, no Cal, it was the worst thing ever. "Hey, don't worry. You won't get hurt. I won't let it happen." he stroked my hair pulling it behind me and kissed my forehead. I didn't say anything I faked a smile and thought of Simon.

"Nervous?" Jorja smiled at me seen as I was biting my knuckles, I looked up from the floor and gave her a fake smile she frowned knowing it was fake but it was better than not making an effort at all. We waited in silence as the 6 other boys arrived. I put on a brave face as Simon got out of the car picking up the bags of guns and tools we had to break open the safe. I was the first to talk as him and Tobi threw the bags into the back and Ethan stacked them up "Where's Vik?" I spoke naturally, Simon didn't say a word to me he climbed into the back of the van waiting for Tobi. "Put this in your ear." Tobi pointed towards the earpieces that Ethan held out in front of us. "Hi guys." Vik spoke to us quietly as me and Jorja gave a response.
We pulled into an alleyway across the road from the bank, the sun was setting and the bank would soon close we were just in time. We climbed out the back of the car as Vik started talking into our ears. "Okay guys, and girls sorry. Harry your the getaway driver be ready for anything. JJ and Simon your on hostage duty, keep your masks on and don't forget to shoot anyone who tries calling the police. Ethan, Tobi and Jorja your job is tho get the money then get it back to the van while using JJ and Simon to protect you as well. And finally Josh and Elise you two need to get to the top of the building and snipe coppers that try and stop you. You all need to do as I say and when I say so that we don't fuck this up okay?" We all looked towards the building preparing ourselves, I grabbed my tiger mask and the sniper checking for ammunition.
"What about security cameras?" Jorja spoke not looking away from the building, "Disabling them now." Vik mumbled before sighing in satisfaction as the cameras no longer worked. "Now you see why we have Vik." JJ smiled at Jorja before placing his lips on hers. "Alright guys It's show time." Josh spoke looking at all of us. We all started to head out of the alleyway before I stopped Simon. "I just wanted to say I'm sorry, I can't take this anymore." I kept my voice low as I held onto his arm keeping him facing me. "Let's just get this over and done with, like I said forget we ever happened, I know I have." He scoffed quietly, ouch, he walked off putting on his skull mask and getting ready to head inside.
