Alex POV:

"BABY, BABY, BABY, OHHHH" My alarm kept playing baby by the ultimate sexy god, Justin Bieber. Yes I did just said that.

"Get up honey!" my mom called out from downstairs. Why can't school be three days instead of five. Plus, I don't understand why my mom shouts at me to wake up everyday when I always set my alarm clock. I got out of my cozy bed and took a shower. Today I'm wearing a maroon beanie, a white sweater, jeans, and maroon vans. I don't wear makeup like other girls my age because it's a hassle and I don't have time for that.

After looking at my outfit in the mirror, I grabbed my backpack and ran down the stairs, smelling the delicious pancakes. I happily sat down and went to grab two but only saw one, causing me to plaster a frown on my face.

Looking at my twin brother knowing that he was the culprit, smiled sheepishly with his mouth full. I rolled my eyes at him. Ethan was born first by twenty-three minutes, having a protective side which can get pretty annoying.

He mostly makes decisions for me but
sometimes I'm grateful for that.

Right as I finished putting my plate in the sink, Ethan grabbed his keys, "You ready for school, Alex?"

"Yup," I said, popping the p.

After saying our goodbyes to our mom, we walked to the car that we shared and hopped in. It didn't take that long going to school when it was a few minutes away. We entered the parking lot, trying to find a spot but it was difficult when so many students attend Riverside.

"There," I said pointing at the spot on my right. Right as Ethan was going in, a car swerved in and parked, the people in the car laughing. He waved back with a smile when one of his friends on the football team waved.

I rolled my eyes. "Why are your friends such pricks?" I asked, getting annoyed by the second. Since he's the captain of the football team, he's considered 'popular.' I consider myself as a normal teenager with a few friends.

"They're not pricks, Alexandria." He did just go there, calling me by my full name.

"One, you know that I hate being called Alexandria. Two, I want to punch every one of them and three, yes they are." I stated, looking out the window as he finally found a spot.

I looked in front of me as I hear Ethan sighing, feeling like he's looking at me, giving me a sympathetic look. Cutting the tension that is building up, I hurriedly got out of the car and started to walk into the building, leaving him.

I walked to my locker and grabbed my books for the first three classes. "We're going shopping on Friday." A voice I know to well said, looking at my right. Veronica smiled sweetly, knowing that I hate shopping unless I'm buying a new pair of vans. Shes basically the opposite of me. My other friends, Adam and Naylene came up saying hello. Then Adam and Naylene came up and said hey. Adam and Naylene are also twins but they are completely the opposite of each other. Adam plays in the same team as Ethan but is really shy. He doesn't like hanging out with the popular people because he thinks that they're stuck ups. Naylene is outgoing, yet she gets mad easily when someone talks crap about her. I met all of them in kindergarten.

"YOUR BROTHER IS SOO HOT, ALEX" Veronica said dreamily. Right in que, Ethan and his cocky friends came walking in. Most of the girls in school drool all over them. They're all blind especially Veronica, thinking she'll marry Ethan and live happily ever after. Of course, I told her she needs to keep dreaming.

"PANDA POO!!" an ugly cringey voice said.

Me and my friends pretended to gag as Shelby walked towards him. Her high heels as she wrapped her arm around him. He kissed her passionately which makes me want to shoot her, knowing that she only wants him because of popularity. She smirked at me knowing that I was shooting death glares at her right now. The first bell rang, making me shut my locker, walking with Adam as we have the same class together. We sat at the end of the classroom, knowing that I hate math with a passion.

I placed my tray angrily and bit my sandwich. "Well isn't someone angry and on their period," Adam said, grabbing his lunch from his backpack.

"Really? Wow I didn't know that I was on my period when I had it last week," I said sarcastically. Everyone laughed which dissolved my anger with a laugh.. I complained to them that Mr. William always talked when he use to be in the military.

"Guess what guys," Veronica said evilly, stabbing her fork in her salad.

"Please don't tell us that there's a party," Naylene whined.

"Why of course not. YES DUH," she said.

"I am not going," I said, shaking my head at Veronica.

"FINE," she got up and walked away. We all knew she's going to forgive us for being dramatic. With that, lunch ended. The rest of my classes were boring and being me, I got scolded at because I fell asleep in one of them. The teacher gave me a warning though. The bell rang which meant that school is finally over. I went outside and smelled the crispness of the air.I love autumn so much especially when you can jump in them. Naylene asked me if I needed a ride home, since Ethan and Adam had practice, I couldn't say no. We got in her old truck and asked each other how was our days and stuff.
