Chapter 8

Alex POV:
"She's not my girlfriend, Ashton. Best friends have each other's faces in their home screens." My heart sank, I knew that he didn't like me like that.
I forced a smile and turned back to Ethan.

Hunter POV:
WHAT DID I DO?!? I didn't mean to friend zone her. I grabbed Ashton's arm and dragged him away. Ignoring his protests, I said "WHY DID YOU TELL HER THAT? It's all your fault Ashton."
" I THOUGHT SHE WAS,HUNTER. You always look lost without her. I was just asking her." His eyes getting watery.
" Well now she probably doesn't like me. I hate you."
He ran away crying to mom. Crap, I shouldn't have said that.
"Can I have a picture Hunter?" A fan said hopefully.
"Yea no problem cutie." Guess I'll have to apologise to Ashton later.

That M&G was tiring. I walked to the elevator where my family is staying at. I walked in the door and saw Ashton on the bed. I sat next to him but Ashton wasn't talking. Clearly, he's still mad at me.
"I'm sorry that I shouted at you Ashton. I know that me and Alex aren't going to end up anyways." Looking down. Ashton didn't say anything.
I got on my knees and faced him.
"Please Ashton, forgive me. I'm really sorry for being a bootyhole. I shouldn't have gotten mad at you. Please forgive me."
"Fine, I forgive you but you have to own me frozen yogurt." He said.
"OKAY OKAY. Thanks Ashton, love you." I kissed his head.
"Stop Hunter, your giving me the cooties."
Little kids these days. Lol.
****the next day
Alex POV:
  "Do you still want your regular order?" I said to Ethan.
"Yea."
"Can't you get something instead of strawberries n cream?"
"Nope." He said smiling.
I groaned and ordered our orders.
Once we got our order, we went to the car.
"So where do you wanna go, today?"
"Can we play laser tag with the group?" Buckling my belt.
"Yea sure." We drove back to the tour bus.
Ethan parked the car and walked with me to the bus.
"Hey guys. Do you want to play laser tag with us?" We heard mumbles of yes and sure. I looked at Ethan so he can drive us now but he's staring at Loren.
I ship them if they actually go out.
"Where's Hunter?" I asked Brandon.
"He's at the hotel our mom and Ashton is staying at.
"Okay,I'll go ask if he wants to go."
I got out my phone and texted Hunter.
Me: where is ur mom and Ashton staying at?"
Hunter❤️: At the Phoenix hotel
Me: okay
"Hey girl, what's your name?" I stopped and turned around slowly.
A guy in his 20s looked at me lustfully. He stepped closer and I stepped back til I was back against the wall.
"Would you like to stay with me?" Touching my cheek. I whimpered.
I shouldn't have walk to the hotel alone.
"HELP ME!!!! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!! AHHHHH!!!" Tears were streaming down my face.
"Don't you worry baby doll. Everything will just be fine." He unzipped his pants.
"HELP!!!!!!!"
"Hey, don't touch her. A voice said. A guy who looked in his teens.
The guy laughed at him and continued to take off his pants.
The guy came closer and kept throwing punches at him. I need to get out of here but I can't seem to move my legs. After the guy was knocked out, the teenage guy looked at me.
"What's your name?"
"Alex." I hope I don't die.
"Why are you walking alone?"
"I was trying to walk to the hotel my friend's family were staying at."
"Do you want me to walk you there?" He looked like a trusting guy so I nodded.
He walked away guessing that I need to follow him to the hotel now.
"How did you find me?"
"I heard your screams and protests when I was walking."
"What's your name and age?"
"Names Jackson and 18." We reached the hotel.
"Thanks for walking me here, Jackson. Hope to see you soon."
"Bye, Alex." I walked to the room where Brandon told me that his family were staying.
I knocked on the door three times. A lady opened it.
"Hi Ms.Rowland, is Hunter there?"
"Yes honey, would you like to come in?" I nodded.
I saw Hunter and Ashton watching tv together. "Hey Hunter, do you want to play laser tag with my brother and the group?"
"Sure, why not."
"Mom, I'm going to hang out with the group. I'll see you later."
We heard an okay in the bathroom.

All of us went inside of a big SUV. So Ethan is driving and Loren is in the passenger seat. Mario, Zach, and Hunter took the back. Blake, Mark, and Brandon took the middle.
"Guys, how am I going to go when there's no seats left."
"You can sit on my lap." Blake and Hunter said at the same time.
" I'll just sit on Hunter's lap." Blake frowned.
I climbed to the back and awkwardly sat on him. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me to him more. That gave me butterflies in my stomach.
"Be comfortable, your really tense." He whispered in my ear.
"Well I can't be when I'm sitting in someone's lap." He chuckled.
"How long is the car ride to the laser tag place?" I said to Ethan.
"30 minutes." I groaned.
I laid my head on Hunter's shoulder and relaxed.
"I thought you couldn't relax? Hunter smirked.
"Well it's a long car ride and I'm going to take a nap."

Hunter POV:
I felt like Alex was my other half when I wrapped my arms around her. Why can't I have her already? Right, I'm scared to get rejected.
She's so cute when she's asleep.

Blake POV:
Your probably thinking I'm so jealous right now like those ex best friends cliches, well I'm not. I think Hunter and Alex should be together. I just want Alex to forgive me and start over the friendship.
