The morning of the fight I was glad to see Constance in the room. She didn't love her baby and she was particularly nasty. I grimaced at the weapon we were given.

It was another knife, but it was so heavy, I had to use both hands to hold it up. I saw the green light turn on and I braced myself.

Constance was a smart fighter like me, and lingered back. I approached with caution, never breaking eye contact. She lifted her knife and suddenly lunged forward, I blocked the attack with my own knife and ran around her. She continued to put on heavy attacks, slowly wearing me out. Eventually she had me cornered. She went in for a final blow, but I dodged it once again, her knife only nicking my arm. I made an attack and gave her a deep gash up her left thigh, causing her to get a slight limp. I saw my opportunity to strike and stabbed her in the gut, killing one of her babies, if not both. She gasped in pain, but held it together and continued to attack, although her movements were a bit slower.

I finally managed to ram the knife into her chest after she lost too much blood from her thigh and stomach.

I was bloody and tired and exhausted. I leaned against the wall and rested for a few minutes. But I knew it was time to face River and have him make his decision.

I was glad when the men let me lean on them on the way to the room. I was feeling a bit dizzy and the cut on my arm was starting to ache. I guess she got me worse than I thought.
