You had moved in with Eduardo and his friends quite some time ago. And you enjoyed it for the most part, but, there was one of the three that really seemed off to you.

Jon.

Now, Jon was fine. He was a shy kid, not very confident. That, you didn't mind. What did worry you though, was how he acted around you; fiddling with his clothing whenever you two spoke, not ever completely meeting your gaze. You were fine with it at first, assuming it was nervousness from having someone new in the house, but after this having been happening for a little over 5 months into your stay, it was obvious it was something else.

You weren't stupid, no, you were quite aware of what was going on. You could tell by his body language, and how he was always a bit more relaxed around the others,that he had a thing for you. And you knew exactly what you were going to do.

"Hey, Jon." (Y/N) said, plopping down next to their friend on the couch. He immediately tensed up, his body going stiff as an arm wrapped around the back of the couch, and the tips of (Y/N)'s fingers faintly brush against his shoulder.

"H-Hey (Y/N)." he said haistly, only glancing at his friend before turning back to distract him self with whatever was on tv. (Y/N) smirked, knowing that they had him right where they wanted him.

"I was wondering," they started, inching a bit closer, now letting their hand rest daintly on his shoulder, "would you want to maybe, watch a movie with me?"

"S-sure!" he answered, his voice cracking. His cheeks lit up as (Y/N) giggled, flipping through movies on the tv, settling into the couch.

It was about, ten minutes into the movie, and Jon was still on edge. He really didn't want to stay like this for an hour or more. So, testing the waters, he cautiously leaned into his friend, to which they responded to by letting their arm fully wrap around his shoulders. He internally sighed, atleast he was comfortable now. Jon glanced up at (Y/N), only to find that they had done the same. He quickly looked away. They laughed.

"You don't need to be so tense, dude. If I didn't want you to lean on me, I woulda' said something." (Y/N) cooed, gently grabbing his hand.

"Just relax. I don't mind." they smiled, rubbing the top of his hand with their thumb.

Jon was weak ™. The person he's had a crush on for months wants him to, well, snuggle with them. This was something he never thought would happen. So with a shakey hand, he interlaced his fingers with his friends, and carefully laid his head on their shoulder.

This was like a dream come true.

The movie was long done, but, the two had refused to move. Jon, instead of being awkward, was now fully leaning into (Y/N), an arm wrapped around their torso. While on the other hand, (Y/N) had their right arm around Jon's waist, and the other hand tenderly running through his hair.

"This...This is nice" Jon murmmured, closing his eyes and leaning to the others hand.

"Mmmhm." (Y/N) hummed in response, looking down at the younger man. They smiled, leaning their head back and closing their eyes.

Just as he fell asleep, the most content he had been in a while, he whispered three words he was glad to get off his chest.

"I love you.." he sighed, pulling himself closer as he lulled off into a deep sleep.

"Love you too, Jon."
