My10th birthday party Nov26 2008

“hey Ashley come here I have another present for you but you have to open it with me and no one can be around. so let's go get you a birthday smoothie from across the street and you can open it on the way.”said my uncle “Ok uncle Dave let me tell my mommy” I smiled from ear to ear and ran to my mom told he then ran back as we walked from the Pizza Hut he handed me a small black box with a purple bow on top. I opened it and there was a small bottle of liquid inside. “what's this uncle Dave?” I asked as we crossed the street “drink it. It will help you understand what I'm about to tell you” I trust him so I drink it “uncle Dave I feel weird” I stop walking on the sidewalk and rub my eyes for a moment then open them to see a big monster that looks like my uncle but taller with wings, a tail and horns. “Ash what do you see?” the monster spoke, it's voice sounds familiar. “uncle Dave? Is that you? You look like a demon or something” he nodded. “Ashley you're not human you're a vampire and now that you're old enough you can start going to school in one of the other realm. With others like you who know how to access their powers. I'll have to take you to your other uncles so you know who to go to if you're having problems with your powers.” I nodded “how do we go to different realms? When are you taking me to meet them?” I asked still confused “Hun we'll talk more about it later.” we ordered our drinks and walked back to the party

It was time for bed that night and I hadn't stopped thinking about what had happened. I mean how could I so many people I saw didn't look human not even myself. I layed down and tried to go to sleep when a bright light lit up my room. I sat up and look to see where the light was coming from and there was what looked like a vortex.
