More Than Friends

As I saw Albus I shouted his name and he shouted mine back. We both collided into a awkwardly long hug, but it was great I could smell cinnamon, how he always smelled. After his parents shooed them off to the train but I stayed behind to talk to my father.

"Dad should I tell him?" I say to him at the station, Albus eagerly waiting for me to join him a few feet away.

"Scorpius, I'm afraid you must tell him, but I'm sure everything will be fine. Send me a owl after you get his response."

"Ok dad." I gave him a hug and walked off to Albus.

As they announced Hagrid will be returning as a student everyone stood up, clapped, cheered, as Hagrid cried tears of joy.

The pure white owl returned and landed on Harry's arm.

"Hagrid, this owl is for you, name her as you like."

"I shall name her Hedwig after yours. She's a beauty isn't she!"

And after that Harry grabbed Hagrid's arm and they both disappeared. Hermione and Ron both disaparated after too.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, follow your house prefects to your common room the feast has concluded." Professor Mcgonagall added.

It was nice to see the Slytherin common room again in all its glory. Albus grabbed my wrist making me jump and pulled me into our room. It was just us, my dad arraigned it. Our trunks awaited to be opened by us. As night quickly came I dressed into pants and a t-shirt, while Albus took off his shirt for the first time in front of me, and changed into short-shorts to sleep in. I swallowed hard and it took all the power I could find to look away.

" Quite please, settle down now, today we will be dealing with mandrakes." Professor Longbottom said as we entered his herbology class. "Can anyone tell me what mandrakes are used for?"

I raised my hand. "Mandrake or mandragora are used to return anyone who was petrified to their original state. They can also be quite dangerous. Their cries can kill anyone who hears it."

"Thank you mister Malfoy, now our mandrakes are still seedlings so their cries won't kill you, but they could knock you out so put your earmuffs on snuggly."

"Scorpius is just like that mudblood Granger." Said a girl in Griffindor.

"Twenty points from Griffindor thanks to Ms Dixon, who as also earned herself a weeks detention due to her foul language in my class. Mr Malfoy, can you see me after class with Ms Dixon."

After the class ended Professor Longbottom handed a note to Albus to pass on to Professor Slughorn telling him I and Lucy Dixon will be late.

He talked to her first while I waited far enough away to not hear them and he sent her off.

"Mr Malfoy, do you promise to tell me if she or anyone else gives you any problems?"

"Yes sir." I said not making eye contact.

"Scorpius, do you have anything you wish to tell me?"

"Yes Professor-" I sighed." I- I think I might be- am g-gay."

"Is that all?"

"No, I think I like Albus." I said really fast.

"That's adorable. I don't think you will have any problems with that. I've never seen Albus look at a girl like he looks at you."

"Really Professor? You think he's gay too?"

"Yes I do, now run along, won't want to upset Professor Slughorn on the first day of class now do you?"

"Nope." And I started off.

"Hey Scorpius, you can talk to me any time you want." I just nodded and started off.

I opened the door to see everyone turn their heads to me.

"Ah, Mr Malfoy my boy come take a seat next to- uh- ah Albus."

As I walked next to him a mysterious potion boiled in front of us and I got a strong scent of cinnamon.

"Albus why does it smell like your mothers cinnamon muffins you eat everyday for breakfast?" I asked him.

"Cinnamon? I just smell Cherries like your shampoo." He responded.

"Now class, can anyone tell me what this potion in front of you is?" Professor Slughorn asked.

"This is Amortentia-" Rose started." The most powerful love potion in the world. It's rumored to smell differently to everyone to what attracts them, and yes boys we heard your examples."

After that I realized that everyone knew my secret. I got a very sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and I felt very weak then everything went black.

I slowly woke in the hospital wing. I felt something heavy on my stomach and I looked down to see Albus's head, he was asleep on my chest. I moved my arm and gently woke him up.

"Scorpius! Your awake, you scared me so much." He said almost crying." You hit your head really hard and you were out for a day. God you scared me so much." He hugged me and pulled away, but stopped for a moment in front of my face, I knew what was about to happen, I was scared and excited at the same time but I still wanted it.

Albus slowly closed the gap between our faces. The kiss was fast but blissful. I opened my eyes as he separated our lips and we laughed.

"Wow." Albus gasped.

"Wow."

Yay chapter 2! Hope you are enjoying this one. So I recently finished Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and I just wanted Albus and Scorpius to get together so bad so I decided to write this fanfic.
