"Claire, get yo ass ready faster. Shady and Danielle are here!" I yelled as I waited with them in the kitchen.
"I'm coming!" She called running down the stairs.
"Finally!" I threw my arms in the air.
She takes so long! I mean how long does it take to do makeup? Seriously.
I drove The Bat Mobil, (my car) to the dress store. We were going to look at bridesmaid dresses today, then in two weeks we were going after Claire's 'princess gown' as she called it.
"Good afternoon noon, I'm Stacy. What are you looking for today?" A short blonde asked walking up to us.
"We're looking for bridesmaid dresses for my wedding." Claire said shakily.
She was so nervous. It was adorable.
"What are your colors?"
"Navy blue and crimson red."
Yeah, she loves those two colors. Seth wanted them to be the wedding theme.
"Right this way, are these your bridesmaids?" She asked looking at us.
"Yeah, Ali here is my maid of honor." She was holding my arm like life support.
Stacy pulled out a few dresses and I tried all of them on. Claire wanted it to be perfect, so like twenty dresses later she was freaking out.
"This is the last dress Claire." I said before coming out of he dressing room.
She looked at me and clapped.
"That one!" She jumped up and had me spin around. "This shall be my maid of honor's dress."
Shady and Danielle were wearing blood red dresses that went to their ankles and were sleeveless.
This dress was lose fitting, just below the knee, and had criss cross straps at the back. It was navy blue and had a red belt.
She started crying.
"Claire, you aren't supposed to cry until we find your dress." I said hugging her.
"I know...it's just I love him and I want everything to be... perfect." She said wiping her tears.
"It will be. And if someone tries messing it up, they'll have to answer to us. Right girls?"
"Oh hell yeah!" Shady yelled.
"They'll be begging for forgiveness." Danielle chimed in.
We ordered the dresses and went to the mall. We weren't in a hurry to get back home.
Okay, four girls in a mall. One who has ADHD and drank a monster. And two that are five year olds at heart. I'm screwed.
"I wanna ride it!" Claire screeched.
"You're gonna get us kicked out, miss 'one monster won't hurt'." I said picking her up.
Then I had to find Shady and Danielle. They ran off as soon as we entered the door.
I texted them on group message.
Me: I'll get you children ice cream if you meet me by Dairy Queen.
Slim Shady: I LUV U SO MUCH!!!
Danniethedino: RAWR I'M RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!!!
I turned around and Danielle was right there. I saw Shady running to meet me. She was by my side in ten seconds.
I still had Claire slung over my shoulder.
