The one where Barry meets mandy

Caitlin woke up to janes cries it was 4:28 in the morning Caitlin saw Barry strong arm wrapped around her and she could not help but smile she carefully moved Barry arm away so she could get up and help Jane Caitlin silently crept out the room grabbing her dressing gown on the way.

Barry woke up to Caitlin's singing and he saw she wasn't in the room so he figured she would be with Jane he walked into janes room and saw Caitlin picking Jane up and pressing her to here shoulder it looked like she had just changed her nappy Barry stood in the door way for a minute and watched listened to Caitlin's soft voice Caitlin laid Jane down.

Barry walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist Caitlin tensed at first because he surprised her she hoped Barry didn't notice but he did and he kissed her neck bell her ear Caitlin smiled and hugged his arms.

"I won't let anyone hurt her ever I promise" Barry whispered in to Caitlin's ear softly

Caitlin nodded "I know"

And they watched Jane sleep for a while.

10:00am that morning

"yeah you are such a beautiful baby girl" Barry said in a squeaky voice with a big smile as Jane was in her bouncer and Barry was gently bouncing it up and down and listening too her giggle he found it so cute.

"Barry be careful she's only just fed she will be sick" Caitlin shouted from the kitchen

"she'll be fine cait" Barry shouted back

"if you say so but if she's sick your cleaning it up" Caitlin huffed

"you wont be sick will you" Barry said bouncing Janes little more then she threw up and started crying Barry's eyes widened he was not going to let Caitlin be right again so Barry quickly (but not flash quickly) unbuckled Jane and lifted her out of her bouncer she was still crying.

"shh shh Jane its ok your going to be ok daddy's here" Barry rubbed janes back but she was still crying so Barry had to admit defeat so he called Caitlin into the living room Caitlin walked into the living room and saw the situation and laughed at Barry and took Jane off him Jane stopped crying straight away.

"how do you do that" Barry asked

"see Barry I used this thing called mum power" Caitlin smiled while she took janes clothes of and put the sick covered ones in the basket. Then the door bell rang.

"barry you dress Jane i will go to the door" barry sat on the floor where Caitlin was earlier he had no clue what to do he had never dressed a baby before but now was a better time then ever to learn barry looked down at Jane who was laid in her nappy looking up at barry and kicking her legs.

Barry frowned and grabbed her blue flowery dress and white tights "ok if mummy can do it so can I it shouldt be that hard right I have super speed and with in seconds Jane was dressed Barry felt very pleased with his self.

"Mandy hi um what are you doing here?"

"mummy and me group remember its Tuesday" Mandy said pointing to her son Noah who was in a baby sling on her front.

"yer right I totally forgot its just things came up" Mandy walked into the house

"Caitlin who's at the door" Barry yelled picking Jane up and carrying her to the door where he was faced by Mandy with a shocked look on her face.

"oh my gosh Caitlin is that janes father" Mandy exclaimed

"yeah this Barry he's my he's my... something" Caitlin stuttered Barry pulled a face at her there was a awkward silence.

"I'm Mandy and this is Noah and I am hear to pick Caitlin up for mummy and me group you could come if you would like dads are invited to but I think they just sit and watch" Mandy said happily

Barry looked at Caitlin and she shrugged

"sure why not I will go grab janes bag" replied Barry

Mandy hit Caitlin on the arm "no way Caitlin he's the father he's so cute" whispered mandy

"thanks I guess" Caitlin mumbled

"Ok ready to go" Barry said holding Jane in one hand and her bag over his shoulder then continued "so where are we going" asked Barry

"oh its just down the road from here we can walk I will go get janes stroller" answered Caitlin

"oh its fine will carry her" Barry said

"ok you sure I mean its.." Barry cut her off

"cait its fine I wont drop her or anything come on" Barry reassured her

Mandy smiled and whispers to Caitlin "he's a keeper and you let him call you cait" Caitlin smiled at her and they headed out the door Barry and Jane following behind.
