The one where Jo knows

When Barry got there Jo wasn't there yet so he took Jane out of her push chair and sat her on his knee.

She started crying "oh no no no don't cry" Barry said she kept crying Barry git her rattle out of the bag and handed it to her she thee it on the floor and cried some more.

"no Jane don't cry for daddy its ok... Your going to be ok" Barry soothed rocking her back and forth she still cried.

"daddy's here Jane its ok" Barry repeated

"daddy?" Jos voice said from behind him

Barrys eyes widened "what no I'm just um... Just baby-sitting" Barry lied

"then why did you tell her to stop crying and that daddy was here we are the only men in here Barry and that defiantly not my kid" Jo explained

"I didn't say that I said its ok Jane dabbys here dabbys her um... Toy" Barry lied knowing he had messed
up Jane was still crying Barry stood up and started to rock her from side to side "sh shh shh" Barry soothed

She finally stoped crying both men were relieved Jane was asleep against barrys shoulder so he sat down Jo sat down next to him "you me we are going to talk" Jo said flatly

Barry laughed but he laughed like he was afraid.

"is Jane your kid Barry?" Jo asked

"w..ell" Barry stuttered

"before you finish that sentence let me remind you i raised you since you were 11 so I know when your lying not to mention the fact I am detective and don't forget she's the smaller cuter vision of you" Jo stated

"ok... Fine yes Jane is my daughter but you can't tell anyone Caitlin wants to keep it a secret to keep her safe there are alot of bad people after me Jo and I don't know what I would do if one of them hurt Jane" Barry explained softly

"Barry I will keep this a secret but have you thought about what your going to do when she gets older and more and more people start to notice your similarity's I mean look at her its freaky how much she looks like you" Jo joked

"well everyone thinks I'm living with cisco so people know where I spend my free time when actually I'm spending it with my girlfriend and daughter" Barry got cut off by Jo

"you and Caitlin are back together and living together now?" Jo said in shock

"yeah did I forget to mention that" Barry said awkwardly

"that doesn't matter do you have a plan?" Jo asked again

"I don't know Jo... I guess Caitlin will agree for us to tell people soon but she just needs time she moved away because Dr.wells threated our baby so you can understand why she is being very over protective" Barry sighed

"I think what your doing is understandable but have you thought about the after effects having to tell people you lied to them for all that time telling them you didn't trust them I know you are doing this to protect her Barry because she's your baby girl but she would be safer I she had more people to protect her and you cant do that by lying"

"jo I do want to tell people but if I do I lose both of them I lose Caitlin and Jane jo I will lose my girls and that can't happen" Barry chocked

at there apartment

Barry was cleaning up the kitchen when Caitlin walked in and put her coat and bags to one side and sunk into the sofa Barry came to join her she rested her head on his shoulder.

"hard day?" Barry asked kissing her forehead

"no it was fine its just being back is hard hearing the whispers about me cheating on you when I go get coffee I love our life its just... It has ups and downs" Caitlin replied

"well I love our life to and I love being alive so please don't kill me I need to tell you something" Barry admitted

"what did you do" Caitlin asked taking her head off barrys shoulder.

"well jo sort off knows... And by sort of I mean he knows everything he knows janes my daughter I'm living with you and that we don't want other people to know for her own safety" Barry admitted hesitantly

"how?" Caitlin exclaimed

"well he asked me round to talk you know catch up and Jane was crying and I said it's ok daddy's here he herd and worked everything else out from that not to mention Jane looks like me... as for everything else I told him"

"I'm not going to kill you Barry I get it we both love Jane so much but know matter how hard we try people are going to find out she's your daughter I just want her to be safe and I'm fine with jo knowing he's her grandfather and he deserves to know but please can we keep it a secrete a little while longer?"
