Chapter Four

Currently I was making out with some girl I found on the streets.

Her name was Jenny. Such a generic name but screw it I just need someone.

Gia doesn't do shit so.

I heard shuffling on my bed and realized Gia was awake.

"Joey?" I heard a small voice.

I flipped around and saw the hurt in her eyes as she ran off.

"GIA WAIT!" I said trying to stop her.

"SHUT UP YOU FUCKING JERK." She said running away.

I ran,

I don't know where I'm going but I don't care I just don't wanna be here, anywhere but here.

I found myself knocking on The Rowlands door.

"Gia? What are you doing here this early?" Brandon asked as he wiped his eyes.

"It's a long story." I said,

He motioned me to come inside.

I told him everything that happened,

"Gia it's okay you can do much better than him!" Brandon said trying to cheer me up.

"Not really." I muttered.

"Huh?" He asked me referring to my muttering.

"Look, Brandon you can't tell anyone." I said.

"Of course you can trust me, we are besties now!" Brandon said cheerfully.

"Well, me and Joey aren't actually dating.... It's a fake relationship." I said a little uneasy.

"What?" He asked confused.

After all of this Brandon finally understood and I made him swear on his life not to tell anyone.

I felt like going back, I guess all of this made me a bit more confident

I walked all the way back to Joey's house and opened the door.

"Gia!" Joey said.

"Save it!" I said holding up my hand.

"No wait." He said quietly.

"WHAT JOEY? WHAT POSSIBLY COULD YOU WANT?" I yelled.

He flinched,

"Let me love you." He said grabbing my arm.

My skin tingled from his touch.

I snapped out of it and yanked my hand back.

"Don't try me." I said rolling my eyes,

"Please just let me!" He said a little more aggressively.

I ignored him until he grabbed me.

"LET GO!" I said struggling.

"JUST LET ME!" Joey screamed.

I kept my mouth shut.
