Phil, Ronnie and the girls sat in a booth in an old breakfast restaraunt not too far from the gig. Phil couldn't stop smiling, the fact that Wynne came to his show he couldn't really get over. Wynne was glad to be there, but she still giggled at the fact that it was so early in the morning.
Ella made quick acquaintances with Ronnie, and talked about music and guitars.
" I don't think I've ever had breakfast out this early!" Wynne said, making conversation.
" Aw, It ain't too bad being up this early; one of the greatest parts is seeing that sunrise peak out from the dark clouds at the break of dawn." He pointed out from the restaraunt window, at the orange cumulative clouds gleaming on the blue sky, "Beautiful, in' it?"  Phil grinned, looking at her, she nodded, " Sure is."
" Besides, I've gotten used to it because of the late gigs, it's so convenient and I'm always really hungry for somethin' nice and greasy." He chuckled, rubbing his hands together and browsing over the options on the menu.
"What do you usually get? Or what can you afford?"
" The set breakfast is always nice; that way I've got a lil' bit of every thin', you know? Beans and hearty bacon, sausage, tomatoes, toast and eggs."
" That sounds alright, beans and toast are fine for me. Maybe some hash as well."
" Eggs and bacon for me." said Ella.
" Eggs and bloody bacon, huh? I thought your mum didn't want-"
"Don't tell me mum I've been eating all these fatty sugary foods...honestly if I eat anymore I won't be able to fit into my corsets."
" One plate isn't going to make a difference either way." said Ronnie, " If you eat here every other morning like Phil and me, then yeah, you should be worried about fitting in your trousers."
" How do you even get the pounds to eat here so much?"
" Work, work, shows and more work. Don't grow up; it's not the bees knees at all. It's all work. I already feel like I'm balding and I'm only nineteen."
" Don't be dodgy, Phil, you're a workaholic and you know it--keeps you on your feet and you like it; admit it." Ronnie punched Phil in the arm.
" I can afford buyin' things because I work all the time. Anyways, that's enough about me, the more important question is what did you think a about the show? I mean really, did you like it? Or are you just saying that because you don't want to hurt me feelings?" We both chuckled.
" I really thought it was interesting, it was something I'd never heard before ; a medley, you know? I mean, I've heard of medleys before, of course. But not like that...with different genres and things, that's blinding; very creative...and wow, You're a very good drummer, you know? What's the name of your band again?"
" I'm not in a band right now unfortunately, Ronnie and I are playing instrumentals around the area at the moment; we've been keeping our eyes peeled on the melody maker  for any open positions for a guitarist or a drummer. I just had an audition the other day, but I haven't fancied anyone's ears I guess. If you see or know anybody who is in need of a drummer."
" Or a guitarist." Ronnie added, taking a big swig of his morning tea.
" Will you let me know?"
Wynne thought about telling Phil about Tony and his band, but she heavily hesitated. Phil would know about Tony, and somehow Tony would find out about Phil. Although there wasn't a big problem because it wasn't like his was close to splitting up or anything.
" So, what are you interested in? You said you played the cello, right? Forgive me, I forgot, but, what was that other thing your did?"
"  I dance. Ballet, to be precise. Actually Ella and I are partners. Both of us have been doing it since year three; it's a lot of fun, actually."
" That's right! You were telling me that your mum made you do classes in the summer so that you would stay in shape and not be a lazy bum."
It made more sense to Phil, speaking of how she had slim yet burly legs and her torso was slim yet full in the right places. He wondered how she stayed fit like that, and still ate beans on toast and an order of hash.
" Yeah, that's definitley true," She chuckled, " It's not too bad actually. Ella and I are actually practicing for a recital. It's nothing too fancy to someone who doesn't know too much about ballet, but a lot of work has gone into this; almost the whole summer worth."
" Well, when is it? I'd go."
She looked up at him from her plate, in actual shock. Ella and Ronnie did too, "I beg your pardon?"
" I said I'd go. I went to my sisters ice skating recitals or whatever they're called. They weren't bad at all, and besides dance is just another form of art. It would only be right for me to do since you came all the way here to see our show."
Wynne was totally in awe with his words and she smiled sweetly, " Yeah, I think so too."
" Holy shite, Wynne! Look at the bloody time! It's almost six thirty, it's gonna take us an hour and a half to get to Sussex, and me mum wakes up around seven forty five; we have to get movin before she thinks I got kidnapped!"
" Ella I haven't even gotten my--"
" You two snuck out of the house?"
" No, we just told our parents that we would be spending the night at eachothers house so that we could stay out real late."
" Because even if we did get home late, it wouldn't be like our parents would be on the couch watching the tele waiting for us to come home." They both giggled.
" That's barmy." Ronnie chuckled, impressed, " Never would I have dreamed of doin that when I was seventeen!"
Phil got up before the two of them skeddadled of to the metro, " Glad you came last night..or I guess...this morning, heh. Will you call me again?"
" Of course. " she grinned, " Thanks for takin us out."
" So I can't walk you to the station, can I?"
" No, but only because I want to save myself from getting punished. I had a great time, though."
" When can I see you again?" Phil asked out of the blue, but he wanted to know. He found her really interesting, even since they just met, no girl that was going to take a risk for him was really worth just sliding by.
" I don't know, but I'll let you know." Phil grinned.
" Wynne I swear to god! If I'm punished I'm blaming you for it!"
" It was nice meeting you, Ronnie! see you later, Phil..." Wynne politely stated, whilst Ella dragged her out of the restaraunt and they sprinted to the station.

**Okay, I realize that it's just cheesy af...ii think it just kind of comes off that way--I don't know!! Lol. It will get there, I promise agh. But anyway comment and vote! Feedback helps a lot.**
