Once famous Youtuber, Jacksepticeye, gets harassment on a daily basis. He finds it hard to cope with all the hate comments. His friend, Markiplier, tries to help him through this tough time. Will Jack get past it and move on or will he try to end it...
Alarms go off and nurses and the doctor come rushing in. They pull in a crash cart and shove Mark out of the way. Mark can do nothing but watch horrified at the sight before him. One nurse removes his gown and the doctor shocks Jack with a defibrillator. The flat line stopped for a second then continued. They did it again with same results. They give him a shot of adrenaline and try once more. This time his heart starts beating again. A wave of relief washes over Mark. The nurses tell Mark that he has to go back into the waiting room until he stabilizes. He walks back to the lobby and buys himself some food from the vending machine. He sits in the chair bouncing his leg as he waits. Hours later a nurse calls him back in again.
Nurse: "Your friend is conscious now so the doctor said you could see him."
Mark's heart flutters but he also feels sick to his stomach.
What if Jack doesn't want to see me? What if he hates me for saving him?
They get to a different room than he was in before. Mark walks in and sees that there is nothing in the room except Jack and the machines that he is hooked up to.
This must be because of the suicide watch.
Mark walks up the Jack and he opens his mouth but he can't think of anything to say. Jack's eyes flicker open and lock onto Mark's. Tears run down Jack's face but are stopped by the oxygen mask. Mark smiles and tears up aswell. He puts his hand on the rail of the bed and shacks from relief and sadness and a lot of emotions that he can't process at the moment. Jack trys to reach up to take off his mask but are stopped form the restrains. He looks at his wrist then lays his head down.
"I'm sorry Jack, they had to do that for your safety."
Jack nods his head in acceptance and looks back at Mark. He tries to speak but it is muffled by the oxygen mask.
Mark reaches over and slightly lifts the mask off Jack's face so he can talk.
Jack: "I'm sorry...I'm so, so sorry."
Mark: "Don't worry Jack, everything is going to be okay. You just rest and get better."
Jack: "Mark, I don't want you to think that this was your fault."
Mark shakes his head and puts Jack's mask back on.
Mark: "Just get some sleep now, okay?"
Jack closes his eyes and drifts off into a deep sleep.
[THE NEXT DAY]
Jack is waken up by the door opening and footsteps. Mark pulls back the curtain hanging around Jack's bed. He is holding a vase of flowers and a teddy bear with a red bow.
Mark: "Good morning, Jack. Are you feeling any better?"
Jack: "Yeah, I still feel terrible but they took off my oxygen mask and replaced it with these tubes so I can eat.
Mark chuckles a bit and takes a seat by his bed.
Mark: "Did they say when you can come home?"
Jack: "No, but I bought it will be anytime soon. I kinda fooked myself up pretty bad."
Mark shifts uncomfortably in his chair. Jack sees his discomfort and changes the subject.
Jack: "So how's the weather?"
Mark looks up and smirks.
Mark: "You're asking me about the weather?"
Jack smiles and looks up at the ceiling.
Jack: "Yeah, I guess I am."
They both laugh in a tired, relived kind of laugh. Mark grabs Jack's hand.
Mark: "I love you"
