Those in the book cover:
Left side (females) from top to bottom:
Vanessa Maribela de la Cruz y Carriedo= Philippines and Spain's daughter
Sophea S. (Sereysothea, Cambodia's surname) Bonnefoy= Cambodia and France's daughter
Anong C. (Chung) Chao= Thailand and Vietnam's daughter
Celeste Kusnapaharani-Carriedo= Indonesia and Portugal's daughter
Right side (males) from top to bottom:
Joseph Alexander D. Jones= Philippines and America's son
Kham Xayavong= Laos and Myanmar's son (they're not related in this book. And since Burmese people don't usually have surnames, Kham took after his mother's.)
Rayyan M. Tan (though by his father, it is spelt as 'Ryan')= Malaysia and Singapore's son
Hadji Syed de la Cruz-Bolkiah= Philippines and Brunei's son
There are more that aren't mentioned here, or are in the picture. Like Indonesia and Australia's sons, the Papua triplets (Papua, West Papua, and Papua New Guinea). Also Indonesia and Netherlands' daughter, Julia.
If anyone is gonna ask why I put Vanessa's as "de la cruz y Carriedo" and Hadji "de la Cruz-Bolkiah" while her half-brother (Joseph) is just "D. Jones", is because their mother is married to America, and not Spain nor Brunei (though she was married to Brunei once).
Same goes for Celeste. Indonesia is married to Australia, and not Portugal.
Also, if the kids have to be a personification of a certain place, I'd say Joseph would be Luzon, Vanessa as Visayas, and Hadji as Mindanao. As well as Celeste is Timor Leste.
But because I can't think of any places for the rest, I just decided none of them shall be personifications. Well, except Timor Leste and the Papua triplets.
Hadji represents both Sabah and Mindanao, though. I wanted to make a sister (other than Vanessa) for him, one who represents Sabah, but then it would be more accurate if Piri had more kids with America or Spain, so then I was like, "Nah, nevermind. Hadji will just represent Sabah too."
Their bios will be updated on the next chapter.
