“Kamie…” Logan said to her. I couldn’t help but feel like I was intruding. “I.. What?” Logan said, he was tripping over his words and Id never thought I’d see the day. I looked around the room, to see surprise on all the St Marc’s brothers face.

“Kamie, you’re supposed to be dead. I hope you know that.” Christian said to her, her eyes went to him and she smirked slightly.

“Always so obvious.” She said to him. I couldn’t help but grin, I hadnt seen many people get away with talking to him like that.

“So youre Kamie?” Terri and Jamie said at the same time.

“The one and only. Im sorry I don’t know your names.” Kamie said, to the two ladies who were staring at Kamie like she was an alien.

“Im Terri.” Terri spoke to Kamie, politely. “Im Christians mate,” She said clearly with pride and possessiveness. Im guessing the ladies were abit unsettled with her hear. Kamie was beauitful. “This is Jamie, shes Lucs wife and mate.” She explained, I love how she said wife and mate. Kamie gave Jamie a smile, but Jamie didn’t return. I never pegged her for being rude. “This is Leah, she’s Gabriel’s mate.” Terri introduced. Leah glared slightly at the word mate, I didn’t blame her.

“Nice to meet you, I like your shoes.” Leah said, I had a quick look at shoes to see they were black and red stripped shoes that had a platform. They were quite gorgeous.

“Thankyou. Youre tops cute.” Kamie said with a genunie smile.

“Why are you here?” Gabriel asked Kamie. She sighed. “How do you already know Riley?”

“Well I worked with her on the op…” Kamie explained.

“I knew you didn’t take out Cora on your own!” Christian said, disappointment in his voice. I sent him aglare.

“Actually Christain, that she did on her own. I meant with the victims, I helped get them out.” Kamie told them all. Their mouths dropped.

“What are you on about?” Gabriel asked her. Kamie sighed.

She had settled down on the couch next to me, apparently the women didn’t want to sit near her. She was going to have to work for trust and respect from the women I can see. “You see these past years Ive been undercover.” She started. “Jack had decided it was time to do a special case.. With the Black Cirlce.” Christians eyes went wide as he pulled his wife closer.

“What do you mean? I didn’t know about this case.” He said to her.

“No-one did. Jack and I thought it would be best.” I told him. “But for the case to even work slightly I had to cut out everything and everyone in my old life… this life.” She said looking at Logan who was staring at her intently. “That meant you guys. I had too. You see Kevin, was looking for a new meat to show off. I was perfect, I was a supe but not one noticeably. I earnt his trust. I now run it with Kevin, after ten years. Im at the top with him. Its taken me years to get where I am. But you see when I can I ruin the operations they’ve run. Im afraid though I didn’t get to stop the one with Cora until it was too late.” She said looking around the room. “When I heard that a ST Marc’s brother and a necromancer had been sticking their nose into the case, I knew I had to do something. So I rung Jack and he told about your op and such. That’s where I met Riley.” She explained, I knew she was missing out bits but that could all be explained later.

“Kamie.. we’re going to have to talk to Jack about this.” Kamie nodded, although you could see the hurt in her eyes.

“That’s fair Christian.” She said. Standing up brushing her skirt and making sure her outfit was perfect. “Well I should get going. Ill come back tomorrow and we can talk more.”
