The Wrong Girl

Chapter One

I knock on the door of Sofia's room. As i heard the muffled 'come in' I opened the door to see Sofia still laying in bed.

"Sofia, they and going to be here any minute! You need to get up and get ready!" I said.

The they that I'm talking about are the Queen and King and the Princes and Princesses of Eanverness.

Sofia Is engaged to Prince Alexander. We got here the day before, all of us have been waiting to meet them.

Sofia groaned in response. I sighed and climb in to bed with her.

"Whats wrong?" I said. I laded my head next to hers and waited. "I don't want to marry Alexander!" She said suddenly.

My eyes went wide at her confession. She looked up long enough to see my face then buried her head back into the pillow.

"See this is why i havent told anyone, Everybody thinks i want to marry him and i dont....I...I...." She broke off.

I waited for her to look at me before i asked her."You what?" I asked softly. She just shook her her.

"Well your going to tell me one way or another, now time to get up!" I said.

I got off the bed and tickled her foot. I could here her giggles as i pulled out a perfect dress for her to meet her betroths family.

I hung the dress up on the dresser and turned to see Sofia getting up. I went to the door and sent two maids to get a tub and hot water for Sofia.

The maids retured mintues later with everything. As they left i helped Sofia get ready.

As i adjusted Sofia crown, there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" I yelled. I turn and saw Veronica, Scarlet, and Nina walked in.

"So Sofia are you ready to meet you betroth?" Scarlet asked.

I watch as Sofia took a deep breath." I have something to tell you guys..."

"Oh Sofia, you can tell us anything!" Nina said. All four of us pulled her over the the window seat.

"Idontwanttomarryalexander!" She said very fast.

"Whoa there honey slow down." Veronica said.

"I don't want to marry Alexander..."

" Oh honey!" Said Scarlet.

Veronica gasped

"Oh my" said Nina.

I gave Sofia a small smile.

We were interrupted by knocking on the door. "Who could that be?" Sofia said .

She got up and went to the door. She poked her head out, and spoke to the person on the other side.

When she turned back to us she look panicked." What's wrong?" Nina said as we all rushed over to her.

"There here, were suppose to meet them in the throne room! I can't do this!" Sofia said panicky.

I put both if my hands on Sofia cheeks.

"You are the queen of Greycott, you can do this! We will talk about the other thing after we meet them."

She slowly nodded her head. As I took a step back, my friends stared at me.

"The ones who is silent always knows what best." Scarlet said

We stared at each other before breaking into a fits of giggles.

"Come on then, they are expecting us!" I said. We follow behind our queen to meet the future king of Eanverness.
